The real test comes with after sales and when I had problems with an operation with the keyboard the back up support was outstanding and teething problems were solved. My main contact was Justin who was great but on his day off Callum came in and continued the Q and A session. Keith was on hand after the sale to supply expert knowledge. What a team. Will have no trouble contacting them for future purchases.

Feb 04,2021Everybody was very helpful when I made my frist enquiries,both in giving advise and explaining the pros and cons of the different keyboard series types,and arranging a part exchange for my purchase of a sx900 keyboard. Delivery and collection went as smooth as silk. I have had the keyboard for just over a week now all is great except for one small thing, finding advice and being able to purchase a suitable usb display adaptor for my external monitor in the uk, as the list given by yamaha is not at all helpful for uk purchases.

Jan 24,2021Contacted AC Hamilton based on reviews YouTube presentations and price. I had a Clavinola to P/X against a Korg PA4x. Was contacted next day by Justin. After a few conversations by email then a phone call I was delighted to have the keyboard delivered by the end of the week and the Clavinola collected. Absolutely fantastic service from all staff I dealt with Justin, Callam and Alan. Very friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. Delivery was straightforward and Alan had mask on and adhered to Covid guidelines when entering property am pleased to say. Have no problem recommending them to purchase anything, almost a pleasure to part with your money. As an aside the Korg PA4x is an outstanding piece of equipment if you looking at it.
