Mar 26,2022I can’t praise Peter highly enough, he was professional, reassuring, empathetic and explained the problem with my shoulder and the procedure needed to rectify the damage. He carried out ultra sound on my arm and confirmed the MRI scan that showed That the bursar had slipped on the rotator cuff. He suggested an injection under ultra sound which I had. Within a few days, it started to feel better and is now almost back to normal. I had been in a lot of pain for 4 months; having hurt my arm after tripping on the raised pavement slabs in Chichester. I have no problem in highly recommend Peter

Mar 14,2022I cannot fault the diagnosis, advice and treatment that I received from Peter Monk. I am shortly off to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago. This is a 750k. trek which I hope to complete in about 5 - 6 weeks. Two weeks ago I felt such a challenge was beyond me. I had pain in my left buttock which traveled down the inside of my thigh. Just going up and down stairs was very painful. Peter asked me about my medical history and then undertook a thorough examination. He then explained the treatment options that would help my mobility. In view of the short time before my walk was due to start we agreed on a cortisone injection and a series of exercises. Against popular mythology the injection was not particularly painful and I am delighted to report that I can now walk and climb stairs without pain - a huge relief. So I can wholly recommend Peter Monk to anyone who is having any form of mobility problems.

Feb 15,2022I attended Advanced Physical Solutions for a steroid injection into my knee to relieve pain and aid movement. Peter Monk took pains to explain what he was going to do and to calm my nerves. He used local anaesthetic which was a great help and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I would definitely go to him again.
