Apr 23,2023After a couple of months of having physio & shockwave treatment for osteoarthritis in my shoulder I was referred to see Peter Monk at Widley Clinic to discuss injection into my shoulder which I was very apprehensive with having this procedure. Peter & I talked about my symptoms & he explained everything to me, after an ultra scan I decided to ‘bite the bullet’ & have the injection, it really wasn’t as painful as I’d thought just a little bit of discomfort. There was no bruising or any of the other after effects Peter mentioned.

Mar 01,2023I came in for a frozen shoulder that was incredibly stiff. I phoned and had an appointment booked in for 5 days time! I could’ve cried with relief! The procedure was great, a bit painful, but I expected that. Peter Monk was fantastic throughout. I felt heard and felt that I had plenty of time to get a correct diagnosis. It’s the day after and my shoulder is 75% better than it was and with exercise I’m sure it’ll be even better in a month. Would recommend to anyone!
