Mar 23,2024Just back from India - a first outing for the trolley bag. Couple of issues: 1. Great as a briefcase but would prefer fewer zipped compartments which would have given more useful space. 2. Difficult to attach to the pull up handle of larger cases and once attached difficult to use the pull up handle of the larger case - no space for hands. That said, great idea - design just needs a bit of tweaking.

Mar 22,2024Very poor quality item.I received a backpack with poor quality internal stitching. It looks like one of those products you buy in oriental retailers. It is not possible to include photos on TripAdvisor. They wasted my time and I had to spend to send the product back. Mar 13,2024Update….i DID reach out to aero lite on several o occasions see emails and calls?? I had to email you speak to you etc, hence chasing up? The product sent was not even on your website unfortunately so I couldn’t understand a picking error unless to produce school type backpacks? Sadly everything about my order didn’t work?!?! Delivery was delayed, little communication, order arrived nothing like what was ordered? Advertised as padded mesh back and built in power bank system, none of this was there 4 days before my flight, £37.99, little communication on email, had to chase up and was asked by email to call instead of a call to me?, item was collected and I had to chase up refund, first impressions and no explanation or apology was not great…their email referred to “not meeting my expectations” but the product was not what was advertised and they appeared to send a very poor substitute anticipating customer acceptance

Mar 25,2024I am using the Aerolite fabric suitcases for approx 15 years. Durable fabric, steady wheels, lightweight, value for money, perfect carry-ons. Last year, I bought a new one and unfortunately the stitching went loose. The customer services (Jay in particular) was prompt in their correspondence and action: I was promptly sent a replacement suitcase -within one or day or so. Ten years warranty and they honour it fast. Highly recommended.
