Mar 01,2025I paid up front for next day delivery but item arrived over two days later. I contacted aerolite and asked for refund on cost of next day delivery which initally was agreed, but since then they have ignored my follow up request and ive not been refunded. DO NOT USE NEXT DAY DELIVERY! Aerolite took my money upfront and ive not even had an apology! Wont be using them again!

Feb 27,2025Ordered Carry on luggage. Prompt delivery. However on opening found the product to be of very poor quality, tacky plastic interior and far too small to be considered for carry on luggage. Company phone not answered, Blank email response from Zendesk? Not sure if it is safe to return the product at my own expense as the company response feels very flaky.

Feb 19,2025What fantastic looking cabin bags, I bought two, one for me and one for my daughter. We haven't gone away yet but the bags look like they will hold a lot of clothing etc, plenty of pockets too to put chargers/document etc, they also come with a padlock which is very handy! They are lovely and lightweight and look stylish. They were also delivered within two days.

Feb 08,2025I'm really pleased with my Aerolite carry on travel rucksack. There are lots of internal pockets, including a waterproof one, and room to pack tidily some clothes for a short break. The removable bag is really handy to carry your passport and money, and has a strap, which is really helpful. There are straps to wear the bag as a rucksack or a handle to carry the bag. My only criticism is that the photographs show the lid opens the whole way, but this isn't the case on my bag, and you can open it about 80%. Not the end of the world, but I would have preferred one that completely opened up. The bag came on time and is very good quality.
