Feb 29,2024I recently bought a large carry on case and was very impressed by the design and quality of the product. On using it the second time I found a small defect with the rubber seal near the zip. I contacted Aerolite and the after sales service was second to none, probably the best after sales I have ever had anywhere. The matter was dealt with swiftly and 4 days later a replacement suitcase was delivered. First class product first class service, highly recommended.

Feb 23,2024Delivered when they said, and the bag is very spacious as hand luggage. Took 6 flights in 18 days and protected my camera, lenses, laptop and tablet as well as the other stuff perfectly, and perfect for fitting in the overhead bins!

Feb 13,2024The 10 kg case and small cabin bag were delivered very quickly and having used them now, I can say that they are perfect for a short trip. They are lightweight and it's good to know they conform to the Ryanair acceptable sizes.

Feb 11,2024Good to deal with a company online that has an address and phone number rather than the anonymous large online companies. The small cabin carry on rucksack/ wheelie case is easy to manoeuvre and fits under the seat so just what we needed.
