Apr 03,2024As our Aerolite fabric-style carry-on cases have served us well over the past years, I decided go with Aerolite again when buying a hard shell case. When hand luggage weight allowance is ridiculously low by airlines, I wanted a lightweight case. The zip on the new case had a fault but customer service was excellent in dealing with it. 5 stars for the hassle free and quick service!

Apr 03,2024Received my mini max today. It is cheap Chinese quality. Pulled out the handle first time and it fell off completely. Will be returning it for the refund. Hopefully they won't make me to pay return postage as that would be a joke. Do not buy it !!!

Apr 03,2024Bought the set of three cases. The cabin bag was delivered with a missing gold stud on the top corner. Took that and the 29” case away for the first time and the large case ‘lost’ the wheels off one corner. The shell is so thin that it split and partially detached, with only 21kg inside. Haven’t used the medium case, but have no confidence that it will survive an airline flight. Not fit for purpose really and disappointing that the large case is now junk, and the others will only be for travelling in UK in the car boot. Would not recommend Aerolite cases as they are flimsy, not up to required standard to survive baggage handling. Aerolite don’t accept it’s not fit for purpose. They referred to their warranty in dealing with my request for a refund, to say damaged by poor handling, but when the shell is clearly not much thicker than a plastic bottle it won’t take normal handling in airports. Avoid buying these cases.

Apr 02,2024Ok, the 1st Case I bought from Aerolite was in 2018, for a holiday in Florida but sadly did not retain it's claim of being unbreakable, the corner got smashed and didn't survive Miami or Dublin Airport baggage handlers. The case was ruined. Years later this year I thought I'd give Aerolite a second chance, so I bought a Ryanair Approved carry on case for my holiday. It looks smart, and sophisticated and I love the zip at the top in the middle. So as I'm carrying it through the airport one end of the handle snaps off. 5yr Guarantee? It didn't even survive 5 days ☹️ I'm not going to say anything negative about the company or it's products but my opinion of Aerolite products has plummeted as this is the second case and not prepared to allow a third. I need a reliable product that I want to recommend.

No problem there Had an issue with the handle not extended, but contacted customer care via email, and they are kindly sending me a replacement. Cannot fault them if they are willing to put things right so quickly when there is a problem.
