Oct 17,2021I hope to be a repeat customer. Seattle rental process was incredibly efficient and easy with clear instructions. Car was clean, easy to drive and had lots of supplies. Loved that the van was unmarked and was on the newer side with the automatic sliding doors and gas efficient. I thought the set up was convenient and comfortable. While everything seemed clean, the bedding had a strong scent to it (like when you pass someone who’s wearing too much cologne). I’m sensitive to smells, but this was not a deal breaker. Glad I did bring a set of my own sheets and a travel sleeping bag. Would definitely rent again.

Oct 03,2021From the first contact to the handback, this was an excellent experience. Mike and the customer service team from Aiyre Pacific were responsive, and more than willing to accommodate reasonable requests. we wanted to pay off the van over a couple of payments before our trip, and Mike was able to accommodate. We had numerous questions regarding what was in the van and what to bring, and the team was always able to provide comprehensive answers within 24 hours. The website is also informative and has a good FAQ section to assist. To provide some context to this review, my wife and I, both in our early 50's, and originally from Australia, but now living in the US, travelled from San Fransisco, through Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Sequoia, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Zion, Arches, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, over 16 days. We predominantly stayed in National Parks, a couple of commercial camper parks, and a rest stop. We cooked quite a few meals from the van. We stayed predominantly in non powered camp sites, with a powered site every 3-4 days. The weather throughout our trip varied from early 90'sF down to low 50'sF by day and down to 10F by night. It was mostly sunny or overcast, with one sizeable storm on one of the evenings. On pickup in San Fransisco, the van was parked in a shopping complex about a $5 uber ride from SFO. The pickup is conducted via a locked box on the window, and this was seamless and trouble free. Pros: The van itself is in excellent mechanical condition, and we drove it 3500 miles over 16 days, and it never missed a beat. The bed in the back was really comfortable, and even though I am 6"3 and on the other side of 200 pounds, and both my wife and i have back issues, the bed was roomy enough, warm with the duvet, and lightproof with the window covers provided. The bedding is fine, however you may want to bring or buy your own pillow and a towel (nothing wrong with theirs, its just probably better with your own). The van itself has 2 x power (cigarette lighter) outlets in the front, and 1 in the back, and this was sufficient to keep all out electronics (drone, camera, phones and tablets) fully charged throughout the trip. The kitchen and cooking tubs are neatly placed under the bed, accessed from the rear door, and these were in excellent condition and functional. The melamine plates and bowls were in good condition. The camp chairs, table and sun shelter were also compact and in good condition, and neatly pack under the bed. Fuel consumption was 24mpg on average, the car had enough power to cruise neatly on the interstate at 80mph, and was compact enough to fit into shopping mall carparks etc. We travelled a fair bit within bear country in California, and on one night we had a curious black bear at the door of the car. Being inside the vehicle provided a degree of safety that was reassuring. Con's: The shopping center pickup in San Fransisco was in a little bit of a sketchy area, but it was as much likely just our unfamiliarity in using this type of pickup method. with windows up and window shades on, the back of the van can be a bit stuffy and warm at night when sleeping. We overcame this by buying a small battery powered fan, and this was an excellent addition to the van. Recommendations: This van is ideal for 2 people, we set up the bed area on the first day, and left it setup, and this worked well. At least one of the travelers needs to use a duffel, roller bag, rather than a suitcase to fit under the bed for storage. Don't buy propane or groceries until you pick up the van. We did and there were already 2 bottles and a number of disposables already there. We payed ours forward for the next renter. Overall this is an excellent way to travel around, and experience all of the incredible things that the US has to see and do. We would thoroughly recommend Aiyre Pacific and cannot commend them enough for their assistance and the quality of their vans.

Van was clean and in good condition and everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend and rent a van again from Aiyre.

Sep 14,2021This was the perfect campervan experience. It is fully kitted with all you need to explore the great outdoors. It is a simple situation, no bathroom, no shower, but perfectly outfitted for what you need on the road. I have traveled in three different campervans by different companies, and this was by far the best. Flawless no contact pickup and delivery Excellent mattress set up and clean fresh linens Great gas mileage Can fit into any last minute camping spot Excellent communication I highly recommend AIRYE.

Sep 12,2021Such an easy rental! Came equipped with everything we needed and the previous renters even left unused propane. The canopy is shorter than expected but served us well. It would have been nice to have a two burner stove but having even one was great. I love that the campervan was a minivan - so easy to drive through unknown cities. Extremely clean and directions to access the van we're very clear. Great communication as well. Highly recommend!!!

Sep 06,2021An extremely positive first foray into campervan rental. AIYRE Pacific definitely exceeded our expectations. Not only was the campervan itself very complete with all the camping necessities, but also the 'kindness of strangers' (campers who preceded us who included their leftover supplies in the camping bins) was such a nice surprise. AIYRE had excellent rental rates, the best mileage allowance, and a clearly worded handbook complete with lots of photos that showed every last detail involved in pick-up, use of, and drop--off of the camper van. Communication with them was very responsive and helpful. Small details on our specific van could be improved -- windshield wiper was torn and needed replacing, Teflon pans also were due for an upgrade, and a few cups in the kitchen supplies would have been nice. As we traveled around and saw many other rental vans, I am glad this van was a straightforward Dodge Grand Caravan with no exterior identifying logos or paint job -- great stealth camper. All told, we are glad we selected AIYRE after lots of research of other rentals.

Sep 04,2021Amazing trip in a great campervan. Perfect size for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Came with many goodies: privacy shades, pillows, sheets, comforter, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, chairs, shade canopy and a small table. We liked the size of the vehicle since it wasn't top heavy. Great for driving the PCH! Gas mileage was great too. For a 16 day trip driving from San Diego to Seattle we spent about $300 in gas. Saved alot in not having to get hotel rooms since we were able to just find a place to park for the night and get some sleep! Loved our trip traveling in the campervan. Customer service was amazing and everything was handled on line. Very prompt responses to inquiries.

Sep 04,2021Beyond all expectations. Brilliant idea and top level service and communication. Great way to visit the vast American west. Make sure to go unlimited miles - well worth it. Stealth allows for amazing access to the nicest areas (nicest beach communities) for overnight stops. Ideal for solo travel, as well. Pickup and go in an instant. Did more in 9 days than people usually do in 2 months. Most highly recommended.

Sep 04,2021We flew to Seattle from New York. We got clear instructions on where to pick up the van and we even took a shuttle from the airport. The van was well organized with a portable stove, cooking ware, utensils, and comfortable bedding. We drove the van around the entire Olympic National Park and it held up very well. We absolutely loved our experience. We bought the extra camping supplies to go with it but ended up sleeping in the van. It was that comfy. It also had room for our two carry-ons and back packs. Can’t wait to rent with them again. Cheers to you for creating a wonderful guest experience.

Jul 26,2021The vehicle was great! Loved everything about it. A good vechical, sturdy, reliable, could handle the highway. Love the sleeping arrangement, bery comfortable. The black out night shades could be easier to use but other than that perefct! Thank you 🙏 Oh and it would be great if the sifned contract glxould be sent a couple days earlier. This way it is easier to complete. Than trying to do it on the phone.
