Oct 26,2020Awesome customer service. I asked for extra help because I'm 67, small, female, and was arriving late in the evening. No problem, all my needs were met. Everytime I called for help they were super to me, and very clear on how to handle the issue. Van was spacious. Bed was 5 star! I'm doing this again in the spring!!

Oct 25,2020Our experience with Mike at AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans couldn’t have gone any better. There was immediate response to every question, a bit of handholding, as well as flexibility with our schedules. The Camper itself was great! We were two gals in our late 60s, so we had a little trepidation about such close quarters, but it was amazing what fit in the van. AIYRE had thought of everything, right down to the can opener and blackout shades for the windows. We had everything we could possibly need for a great camping experience, including a comfy bed. Highly recommend AIYRE Pacific for your camping trip!

Oct 14,2020My husband and I rented an Aiyre campervan for over a month - and it was a blast. The van was comfortable and easy - and Mike was extremely helpful, flexible and fair - from accommodating several requests to even purchasing an AC/fan to keep us comfortable on warmer summer nights. The van lets you travel in a low impact, low maintenance way while enjoying as many of the comforts as you want. Highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable and it was amazing to lay by the ocean and relax!! Definitely will use Aiyre again!

Oct 03,2020Decided to try these guys after reading horror stories about other services. Had me a little on edge at first because my pick-up date was approaching but I hadn't heard anything. I reached out and received a prompt response with the details. From there on, everything was smooth and customer service (email/web) was excellent. Pickup and drop-off was easy, on my own time, no waiting. No issues with the van on my trip, and clear instructions were provided. Had a great time!

Sep 26,2020For our trip, we picked up our AIYRE van in Portland and drove 2,080 miles across Oregon and California ending in San Francisco. We had only good experiences the whole way. Zero mechanical issues, great gas mileage, long range and the ability to setup camp in literally less than ten minutes. The provided dishes and cooking supplies were also exactly what we needed and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner and keep our leftovers in the cooler. Communication was also on point with quick responses to any questions we had. Thanks to AIYRE we were able to have an adventure of a lifetime!

Sep 26,2020The Camper Van that I rented was perfect for the trip. The 2019 Dodge Caravan drove well, the A/C worked great going through some very warm areas, and the bed was comfortable enough for the short adventure.

Aug 14,2020Just finished a 6 day Denver to Portland. trip using a Aiyre Camper Van. Great trip visiting Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Cuere D Alene,ID, and Hood River. 2 of us travelled together and had all the essentials for camping without the hassle of buying all the gear. The Van was very comfortable and had good gas mileage for the 1700 mile trip. Will use again.

This Van has everything in it including utensils, plates, pots n pans everything what mentioned on their website. The Van was big enough for the two us and it was comfortable. Jul 19,2020My husband and I rented for 5 days to go camping/backpacking. This was our first time in a camper van and it was great. The bed was super comfortable, the van is quiet (which when the people next to us in the campground one night ran a generator was great to close the doors and have some quiet.) It was easy to pick up and drop off and the directions all around were great. We would definitely use again. And, b/c it's a minivan, super easy to drive around, so when we went backpacking, could drive to trailhead and leave overnight. It was all around fantastic. Two small warnings: we got a 2014 model and there is no usb plug. Fortunately, I had an old aux cord and an old enough iPhone so that there's a head phone jack. I just say this b/c if you like to listen to podcasts/music from your phone while on the drive, you might want to ask ahead. The only other thing I would mention is that I wish we had brought an extra blanket. The duvet was warm enough for me, not for my husband. We had sleeping bags but just a thought to bring a blanket if you're going somewhere that can get cold at night.

Jul 19,2020We could not have been more happy with the van- it came with everything you could want for camping, unlike many of the other companies that charge you for “extras” like chairs, a fold out table, etc. It was really nice to have everything included and not worry about being up charged. The van was way more spacious than we thought it would be as well- totally comfortable sleeping two adults. And finally, the customer service. Wow, just wow. Mike makes everything so easy- pickup and drop off within WALKING distance from Seattle airport, an emailed PDF with instructions and pictures of the vans contents so you don’t have to waste time trying to figure out where everything is- just very thoughtful and thorough. He’s super responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the van and have a good trip. So glad we found AIYRE and absolutely will use them the next time we are in the West Coast (and hoping they expand East soon!)

The van is super comfortable and the camping equipment exactly what you need for car camping. I shall be sharing this info with my friends and will gladly recommend Ayre Pacific to them all.
