Mar 24,2020I really enjoyed my AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans experience. Our Dodge Grand Caravan was in perfect condition. Driving was super comfortable. The bed was easy to put together and we slept very well throughout the trip. Literally anything you could think of was included - pots, pan, plates, silverware, Tupperware for leftovers and even a wine bottle opener! Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze! I also cannot stress enough what great value this rental company provides! I looked at quite a number of other campervan rental companies and they wanted to charge you through the nose for everything - cooking equipment, bedding, miles. If it was extra, they wanted more money. Quotes were coming in at 50% HIGHER than AIYRE. For someone traveling to the US from overseas, it was quite unreasonable that we could bring all of our camping equipment. So glad that AIYRE has taken a different approach and kept this rental service affordable without compromising on quality. Mike was super helpful as I had to leave the US early at VERY short notice and immediately return to the UK due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Without hesitation, he credited my account with the unused days. I will absolutely be back as soon as the restrictions are lifted!

Not only was the van located just minutes away from LAX, the pick up and return process was quick and smooth. The van was a spacious, state of the art Dodge Grand Caravan which drove really well and was fully stocked with camping equipment. Highly recommend!

Mar 17,2020Unfortunately I didn’t get to actually hire a van from AIYRE as we had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite that, Mike and the team at AIYRE were always helpful and very understanding even in such uncertain circumstances. Hope to book them in the future!

Mar 14,2020Despite the fact that we had to cancel our trip because of the US travel ban caused by Coronavirus, we really hope we will have chance to meet Mike and drive AIYRE Pacific Van very soon. Mike is friendly and professional. He has responded to all my questions very quickly. Moreover, he has added some further significant information and details every time. Reservation process is very easy, intuitive and clear. Even during this hard time of Corona madness, we haven't had any problems with cancellation and refunding process. We really appreciate this professional attitude especially since it's difficult and time consuming to rearrange all our vacation plans.

Mar 12,2020Ich war 4 Wochen lang mit dem Dodge Grand Van von Aiyre in Kalifornien und Arizona unterwegs und war restlos begeistert sowohl von dem Auto (und der Gegend) als auch vom hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Personal. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe des Vans erfolgte voll reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ich kann Aiyre nur zu 100% empfehlen, wenn man einen Van samt umfangreicher Ausstattung mieten will. Vielen Dank an Mike und sein Team! In english: I was driving the Dodge Grand Van from Aiyre in California and Arizona for 4 weeks and was completely enthusiastic about the car (and the area) as well as the helpful and competent staff. The takeover and return of the van was smooth and uncomplicated. I can recommend Aiyre for 100% if you want to rent a van with extensive equipment. Many thanks to Mike and his team!

I received a confirmation email with comprehensive details about my booking (where and how to pick up, included items, etc). I needed to change the times and customer service was quick to respond. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation, but I had no problems when I needed to cancel and Mike was very helpful.

Mar 10,2020My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Aiyre Pacific. Mike was extremely helpful and responded quickly when communicating with him. The camper van was fully equipped and ready for our road trip through California. We were most thankful for the comfortable sleeping arrangements. This van was sooooo comfortable to sleep in and every night we camped we had the most restful sleep. We have already recommended this company to our friends and family. I was at a workshop and my colleagues were so impressed with the camper van too! They wished they had done this instead of staying in a hotel! We will definitely book again.

Mar 09,2020We used the AIYRE van for 4 weeks in February traveling around central and southern California and had an excellent experience. Mike from AIYRE was quick to respond to emails. The pick-up and drop-off was easy (BTW - you can take the LAX shuttle to the Metro, then the green line 2 stops to El Segundo, then walk 10 minutes to the van -- easy & cheap!) The van was clean and provided everything we needed for simple comfort camping while traveling. We did not use the propane burner, so cannot comment on that. Nor did we use the hand shower -- we cheated and stayed in a hotel every few nights (who knew that National Parks don't have hot water or showers?!) I liked that AIYRE provides 150 miles/day - 50% more than other van rentals - we easily stayed under the allotment. I also liked the small size of the van - easier to maneuver on tight, twisty mountain roads and cliffs; better gas mileage; and no indication that we were travelers. Suggestions for winter sleeping -- bring an extra blanket from home, thermal underwear and warm socks, and an old hand towel to wipe down window condensation in the morning. We were very pleased with our AIYRE camper van experience and would rent from them again!

Mar 06,2020I have rented vans from AIYRE since 2017 and my experience has always been exceptional! Mike has always been super friendly, helpful, quick to reply, curious & efficient! Last year he upgraded his vans to fully stocked camper vans and they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The set up inside the van is super dialled, super well stocked, & easy to transform from seats in the back to bed in the back in a few minutes!! The bed is super comfortable, with a fluffy duvet, black out covers for the windows for total privacy which makes camping in nature or camping in suburban neighbourhoods easy to do in the van! The vans are always really clean & they are such a great model of van to rent. The Dodge Caravans, one of the models he rents, are a super nice van to drive with an econo setting on the gas consumption and lots of great features & spaciousness. The vans have everything you might want for camping! Also, after years of renting cars in LA & standing in long long rental car line ups for hours & hours some times, AIRYE is the way to go to start your trip off joyfully and easfully, as AIRYE gives you a location where to pick up the car on the roadside, with a lock box to enter and a simple text to AIRYE with your photo & id standing next to the van & you're on your way. Mike feels like a member of my global family to me! i know i can trust him completely, & that he is a kind & honest person in every way! Thank you Mike for always making my travel easy & fun! Feb 14,2020Impeccable service. Unmatched pricepoint. Great van and amenities. Only negative is I wish cooking utensils were newer/cleaner. Otherwise everything you could hope for is there. Highly recommended and will always choose this company for my west coast road trips when possible. Please take over the rockies.
