Jul 10,2020This is the way to do it. Way more straightforward than taking an RV and bonus points for being able to use normal camp sites. Van was clean and had no problems - good sound system too.

Jul 03,2020Van was wonderful. We took it to Yosemite for 5 days. The mileage allotment is very generous. Much better than other options we looked at. Mattress was comfortable and everything was as described. Two slept very comfortably. We used the stove, cutlery, camp chairs, and cups. Didn't use the shower at all so can't speak to that. Fast communication and it was easy to get into the van using a lock box. Mike parked it just a short way away from SFO airport. Only minor issue was that the second cigarette adaptor wasn't working, but we still had one so it was ok. I think I'd read on their website that there were curtains but we didn't find any and I'm not sure we can fault them for that because I don't see it listed anywhere on Outdoorsy as something that was promised. Note: Don't forget to buy propane for the stove.

Jul 01,2020The Van was basically brand new, and it drove great. The bed in the back was easy to set up and pretty comfortable. My Wife and I slept well. The additional camping equipment (chairs, table, and canopy) was easy to set up and great quality as well. I highly suggest this service for a two person get away.

Jul 01,2020We sadly didn't get to travel with Aiyre Pacific due to Covid-19 and all travel being cancelled. From the point if enquiring though, Mike was very helpful and quick to respond and we very much hope that we will get to travel next year to experience Aiyre Pacific.

Jun 18,2020Unfortunately, our planned trip this year has had to be postponed due to the worldwide COVID pandemic. We’ve had various different responses from various hotels/campsites/other services we had precooked, mostly being negative responses from people who weren’t willing to help us out. Mike from Aiyre got in touch with me, before I even had chance to email and arranged the full refund for me. This is the kind of service that us as customers need in a time like this. We understood that it may be difficult to issue the refund but never the less it was The money was in my bank within the week. I will be booking again 100% with Aiyre as soon as this lockdown calms down! I look forward to my trip, fingers crossed for next year! Again, thanks to Mike and the guys at Aiyre for all the help during this difficult time!!

Jun 18,2020Although I was not able to actually use the van rented due to the Corona virus pandemic , Mike from the Aiyre Team was very pleasant and organized. I received full refund for the trip I was not able to take. When I reschedule my trip I hope to be rebooking with them again!!

Jun 16,2020We had to cancel our trip due to COVID. Booking on the AIYRE site was straightforward. Once established, communication about the cancellation and deposit refund was outstanding. We will rebook next year with AIYRE if that is possible! I took off one star because it was difficult to find contact information from the contract or website. Hopefully a responsive phone number would have been provided at vehicle pickup; otherwise, I would have been worried had problems arisen during the rental. Update: Mike says that the contract template has since been changed to provide better contact info. Five stars!
