As a team created from a range of other rugby teams from across Shropshire, our ability to get timely information was very drawn out. Akuma were hugely sympathetic to our situation, advised on what would look best, were completely up front about costing options and their online kit selection tool made it easy for our U12 girls team to choose exactly what they wanted to be their strip. I cannot overstate how easy Akuma made the whole process and what a professional supportive company they are.

May 10,2023A mistake by the Club in the size ordering of my tour shirt, meant that with a week before the tour I didn't have a shirt! I spoke with Akuma and they have produced for me, in a week, the correct size shirt for me. Incredible that they can produce and deliver a personalised shirt in a week!

May 09,2023At short notice we required a rugby sevens, netball and women's rugby kit as a different supplier had let us down. I called Akuma with 4 weeks notice (and two bank holidays in that time) and they managed to turn everything around within 3 weeks. The kit itself looks great, fits well and is superb quality, however the service that Akuma provided was above and beyond. Conor and Nancy were a massive help, we really appreciate everything they did to help us in such a short period of time.
