Apr 25,2023The Akuma personnel we spoke to were very helpful and efficient. However , the link to the artwork division, whom we did not speak to, and the Delivery people, could have been better. Having said that, all shirts and coats were delivered on time , if to the non described address.

Although we had some payment issues through the school, we found a way to solve them and get the jerseys ordered! Once they were paid for, they were shipped very fast and I got many updates throughout their journey to the US. Very pleased with Akuma.

Apr 22,2023Having used AKUMA to prepare our playing kits for football, basketball, netball and athletics we have always been confident that the quality is superb. We also use a bespoke design. We purchase additional travelling uniforms (bags, tracksuits, polos, etc). Our recent order was dealt with quickly and professionally by the AKUMA team. We will definitely continue to use AKUMA for our school sport kits.

The tops were perfectly printed from their excellent range of designs and Akuma were very easy to deal with. Due to delivery issues they hand delivered them so they arrived in time for our departure! Excellent service.
