Nov 05,2013Wow ,what a fabulous company. My husband picked a Makita sander as a present for him not me !! I ordered it and it arrived the next day within 22 hours of placing my order. Nikki was superb and emailed when it would be despatched. It was well packaged and at a competitive price. They were very easy to deal with. What a refreshing change to have some superb customer service. I'll be using them again for Christmas presents. Woohoo we love Makita from Alan Wadkins !!

They did not waste any time in sorting this matter and refunded my money. Fully recommend there service and there helpful nature.

Includes a card so if you have any follow up issues needed, you can quickly contact them without having to look through the small print in the order email or even worse, have to send a web based email that disappears into oblivion never to be heard of again. Wish I'd found them before.
