Good prompt service. Very happy with the product and registering for the 3 year warranty was straightforward. A complimentary disc to get us going would be good, but in fairness the add doesn't say it comes with one. Only other thing to consider is Screwfix are giving away a free Hitachi mini grinder at present with their 9" Hitachi cutter priced at £89.99 but only saw that yesterday! I am though completely satisfied with the service and with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Screwfix offer the same on 7 day delivery but with a charge. Wadkins provide next day delivery. Perfect. Good product too!

After doing some Internet research decided to buy a Dremel Trio. Alan Wadkins Toolstore had the best price by some margin and included free next day shipping. It arrived exactly as promised the day after I ordered, well packaged and on time. Internet shopping doesn't get any better than this - an easy 5 stars, haven't used them before but will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I was going to buy a used Makita jig saw on eBay then discovered that the same item was only £20 more for a brand new one from Alan Wadkins with free delivery. This price was also £20 cheaper than B&Q. I will certainly do business with Alan Wadkins again as the service is unbeatable.

I wanted to buy a drill online for my husband, but wasn't sure which one. On calling Alan Wadkins, their staff were very helpful and polite and pointed me in the right direction. Buying process on their site was easy. The drill came next day, well packaged. Will use Alan Wadkins again.

Bought a Makita saw as a Christmas present, but didn't want it delivered to my home address in case my partner discovered it. Asked for it to be delivered to another address, they phoned to confirm this was correct and it was sent and delivered within 24 hours! Fantastic service would definately recommend.

Spent ages shopping around for a good deal on Makita 18v power tools and found Alan Wadkins to be unbeatable online - even on a par with eBay traders but without the associated risks! The website is really clear and easy to navigate, even on a smart phone, which gets top marks from me. Finally, the service was excellent - I received a phonecall from Martin to make sure they could give the courier proper directions to my work address. Can't say any other company has ever made the effort! Highly recommended all round.
