Jul 07,2015Sorry to rain on your parade regarding the good reviews but the reply I just received after 2 emails, first one being in June stating return item which I bought in June from one of their associates and had rechargeable batteries in dated 2013! Now they expect me to return the item, at my expense, I find this disgusting and will see them next year at the Trade Fair, Event City where I will make it known how they do business.

When I phoned for advice on the products the person who answered was very helpful and found the product I wanted and listed it on the website at once. Having made the decision I placed the order on line, paying with PayPal. The goods were delivered within 24 hours. I call that excellent service and will buy from them again.
