Feb 08,2020All ok but the online price did not match the model number and I had to pay an extra cost of £5 that in my opinion was not my fault. When I questioned this the man who rang said “it’s not my fault what is says on line” not a good advert and you should have covered that cost. Not impressed by this.

Feb 07,2020My breathalyzer was sent for its first calibration. I received an email confirming when it was received and also when it was despatched after the calibration was done. All in all I was treated to a first class service! Many thanks

Feb 07,2020Great service. Only gripe is they don't send you the packaging to return breathalyser. Also, you have to pay for postage on top of recalibration charge.

Feb 07,2020I sent in the breathalyser for calibration.The turnaround time was acceptable but the unit was returned with multiple scratches to the screen and body of the unit....I am sorry but this is not acceptable and I would think twice about using this calibration service again. UPDATE Within an hour of posting the review a very pleasant lady from Alcosense contacted me to address my concerns.Having submitted photographs of the scratched unit she promptly offered a full apology and an offer to replace the scratched screen free of charge as a priority . Very impressive response from this company which has fully restored my trust in them. Thank you!
