Jan 24,2020This is a fantastic product that is accurate and easy to use. For those who want to make sure the night before does not follow you into the next morning !. Also the customer service is first class. I managed to muck up my internet order and a phone call was all it took to speak to a very helpful lady who sorted everything out and then confirmed the changes by email. A brilliant product and fantastic customer service ethos. Impressive.

Jan 24,2020The level of service from staff was of a good standard, but unfortunately when I was called re a fault on my unit and told I was not covered so would have to pay for repair I was a little surprised as unit only two years old. Then told no it was manufactured 4 years ago, but I'd only had it two years. This was confirmed by myself and repair done free of charg, though still have a unit twice the age I thought it was. Finally when returned to me I was sent a certificate of calibration, but not record of work done to fix problems. I'd have thought a work list of work would be sent as well!
