Jan 08,2025I got in contact with alderstone solicitors after my dad was diagnosed with asbestos mesothelioma the person that delt with the case was fiona hendry a absolute angel she was so professional caring and understanding to say my dad is not the easiest to work with is a understatement fiona made two vist to my dad who gave his life to a company to provide for his family only to have the same company take his life fiona managed to get my dad's whole work and life stories some of them unprintable fiona is keen and driven to fight for the little man and was great to have her in our corner thanks will never be enough to you fiona I would highly recommend alderstone solicitors in helping us get justice for my dad

It's been very stressful throughout but Elise was able to apply her knowledge which helped me understand the process, it's not something I would like to go through again on my part and I hope I can find the courage to be able to drive again , to get my Life back to how it was which would be incredible. Dec 21,2024What a lovely bunch of people they are at Alderstones Solicitors especially Karen Waring particularly and Joan Kennedy. My father died of Mesothelioma in January 2023 and we were recommended to Alderstones who couldn’t have been more professional, nicer, helpful or efficient. Alderstones kept us informed every step of the way and we could really feel how much they cared about getting us the best result. We received settlement in December 2024. The delay was in no way due to our lawyers but the other party and their insurers. So happy to recommend.

Dec 17,2024After approx. 2 months of continuous searching for a solicitor to represent the family at a coroner’s inquest scheduled for Monday 2nd December 2024, it was recommended to us to contact Alderstone Solicitors to see if they would be prepared to represent the family and provide legal counsel (a Barrister) at the inquest, albeit short notice. We first made contact via telephone on 26th November and by 27th November they had reviewed the documents, accepted the case, been appointed by the family and they had instructed a Barrister to legally represent the family at the inquest. The solicitor from Alderstone’s was Robert Jones, he provided expert, professional legal advice with compassion, understanding and went above and beyond in reassuring us of how the proceedings would progress. He also recommended a Barrister (Oliver Carr) who, after receiving the documents, forensically studied the statements and reports in preparation for the attendance at the inquest where he made representation on behalf of the family. Through careful questioning of the witnesses, he was able to extract important additional information which the coroner nor the family were aware of. The family were consulted throughout the entire inquest and had an opportunity to pose questions of their own via the Barrister, which the Barrister welcomed. In summary, I would highly recommend Alderstone Solicitors as they provided first class advice and representation during a very stressful time. We were vey fortunate to find such excellent solicitors. Thank you again from Stephen Dunn & Family.
