Oct 16,2021I had a technical issue with the plugin and thought I would have the usual issue that one has with WordPress plugins where you can't get help. Or if you do, it's on a public forum and takes weeks to get real help. I saw the little chat bubble on the plugin page and thought I'd give it a shot.... I got a reply within 1 minute from Vladimir troubleshooted the issue (AND SOLVED IT) with me immediately. Amazing! I have so much confidence in this product now, knowing I can get the help I need when I need it.

Oct 11,2021I definitely recommend the alidropship plugin. I use it in conjunction with wordpress/woocommerce. I purchased a theme, and did everything else myself. I'm experienced when it comes to dropshipping and working with different vendors and 3rd party inventory management systems. This plugin has made my life so much easier. It improved drastically from a few years ago too if I'm not mistaken. Key features that make this hands down the best plugin for dropshipping from aliexpress are: 1. Being able to edit a listing on aliexpress before you import it to your website 2. The ability to edit images without having to use photoshop 3. Automatic inventory/stock updates 4. The ability to import reviews and some with images is a game changer 5. So far, their customer service has been excellent too I hardly ever leave a review so this definitely means it's really good.

That was super quick, so far i can tell that was the best customer experience i have ever experienced. So thank you very much Volodya and Alidropship team. You guys are amazing!!! I recommend Alidropship 10/10...

They provide me a supports manager(Tatyana Elgina) who helps me a lot and answer all of my questions very briefly and make me an online store for me. Sep 17,2021UPDATE: 9.20 I received an email this morning about a refund for the amount of $255 Nowhere near what I paid. I Paid $634 in total. I would give it 0 stars if I could. So I do my research and ask a bunch of questions when I was on the phone with a salesman. I ask several times, which store niche would be more profitable since I'm in California. He tells me the auto accessories premium store is 100% sure to make some money as long as you follow our guide and everything is done for you. This is the $500k a month they promised if you follow their guide. So I spend $634, immediately it was a lie. There were so many other things I had to do myself. After doing all of those things and using their marketing strategies after spending an additional $250 on ad creatives I came to sell zero products they claimed would be a sure win. I asked to receive a call during this and they just kept sending me an email of directions that I've already reviewed. No one would call me. No one! Then I asked for a refund and it's within the 15 day refund period and I get an email saying we do not do refunds. So I reached out many times to see why The store failed after I followed everything. I have a small event planning business so I know how to run ads. It was very successful with the conversions so why if I'm following their strategies it's failing. False promises, $500k a month. There's no way that's true. I just want my money back. The only thing that was true in their ads is a good-looking website.
