Sep 13,2021There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to starting dropshipping store and I researched a lot before making this decision. I really doubt that Alidropship can be beat. They offer everything the other companies do and much more! Very high value solutions for online stores - worth every penny! If it wasn't Alidropship I don't know if I would have ever made the leap to try dropshipping business. I have custom store made and I'm very impressed with the quality of the website they built and products they import for me. I would like to say thanks to all team behind AliDropship for the great work they have done for me!

I paid for the Basic plan for custom store, and at the beginning had doubts about this plan because it was the cheapest plan. Sep 10,2021I got in contact with their CEO who graciously replied very promptly and everything was set correctly in less than a few hours after our initial conversation. It shouldn’t take for the CEO to intervene in order to get support in a timely manner. There needs to be some serious changes/improvements with the support team. —————————————————— I paid close to $1000 dollars for a “Custom Store” back in June 2021 we are in September and the store is not even running. To start I added selvia to provide faster shipping to USA customers, turns out that the prices are super high and the options are pretty limited. I decided not to use it and never got a refund. The project manager that was assigned was very short when I asked questions or guidance. Pretty much all the answers where scripts. If there was a question that was not part of the script the answer was: “Do not worry about that” There are many grey areas, such as taxes, shipping costs per vendors and refunds. There is not a guide after they finish setting the site for you to upload more products. You have to help yourself and look for the info were you can. After asking for support from my assigned “customer service rep” with items that where unfinished, not only did I had to request support through the general support center, she added me to Skype after several days of waiting and reiterated that I should always ask for support through the general support center and not to her. Understanding this, after the page broke and it’s been broken for the last two weeks, they asked me to customize the store myself, needless to say that I paid almost $1000 dollars for them to do this. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for an answer from one of the many customer reps and supervisors and managers that had me repeating the same issues and giving them access to my WP admin information. Lastly but not least, they deactivated almost all plugins and basically there’s nothing working and I repeat No one has reached out after my multiple requests. It’s disappointing, aggravating and frustrating to invest and feel ripped off. P.S. my first review was flagged and removed, it complied with the guidelines and it was even less detailed than this one. I’ll see what happens with this one.

It's really high quality and I've absolutely nothing to complain about. They gave me very easy and clear instructions on what to do, as I'm coming in with no experience. They helped me solve various issues and questions I had. It's been having Kate as my manager. Additionally, they got the work done extremely quick. I am so grateful I found Alidropship and can't wait to see what's in store for me

Now I can honestly tell that Alidropship is the best company for dropshipping! Thanks to my manager (I will not tell her name as it's a confidential information) but she is awesome! She helped me during all the process and really made sure that I was active in the decision making process and she made sure that team didn't do anything until it was approved by me. I really enjoy the entire process and especially seeing the finished website. I love my store! And it came even better that I could expected. Thanks! Highly recommend!
