Aug 21,2021Update 2: After the review is changed they begin to treat you like **** again. Waiting for more than 14 days now for my order to finish. 10 days since the last response... It's not worth it. I highly recommend doing your research and with professionals instead. --- Update: 4/5 Because after leaving a bad review I get treated like a king. Please treat your customers well from the get-go! Will update this after working with them for a while. ---old review--- Products good, support horrible The products & services are good. But the support is horrible. I wanted to build multiple stores using their services but they are not answering emails & chat for multiple days, sometimes weeks! And I even caught them lying about sending me a message before but their own chat system shows that they have not replied. Update: At this time, I ordered the "add products" service and they did not respond for the first 9days! And now I am waiting for 10days again for any updates or at least a response to my 3 messages since then, although they made a mistake with the order. In a business that's as fast as ecom that's unacceptable.

Aug 05,2021Happy with the service even if it is the basic package that I purchased. Things moved along quickly so that I can start selling just as quickly. Some of their KB articles needed new information or screenshots, but otherwise most of the time they were able to help where it is needed.

Aug 05,2021Good experience so far for setting up the website. Alidropship team has been quite systematic and responsive to reply to enquires. Speed of work and quality of work is impressive. Has yet to test out whether the website works while writing this review. A lot more guidance needed from the Team on how to mange and operate the website. Looking forward to work further with the Team. Hopefully able to get some good result for my 1st website launch and be back for more.
