Sep 17,2024These people are thieves. I canceled the move within 12 hours, less than their required 24 hours and they still haven't refunded my money. That was over 4 months ago. Alisa, Bobby, all of them are scammers.

Sep 05,2024WARNING!!! I scheduled a move and paid $5999 deposit for a move. Before doing so I received IN WRITING an email from their sales manager that I could get a full refund if my move was canceled. Recieved similar text message from Dispatch Manager offering refund. My move was canceled and the company refuses to give me a refund. I gave them copies of the written promise of a refund. AllAmericanMoving Group won't return my calls or email and they won't refund my deposit. BEWARE - I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sep 03,2024Terrible Moving Company !!!! You Ripped me off Robert, There's no All American moving company, who Meta Van lines ? or Espinsoa. They destroyed my house hold goods !!!!! Meta Van lines showed up in a Uhaul truck to pick my stuff. Then arrived arrived in Horse trailer many of my items were damaged they blamed each other. There no All American Movers. They are rip off Movers. Please Heed my Advice Stay from All American Movers they broker you out to the worse bidders !!!!!!

Aug 30,2024$2000 more than the estimate. Set the delivery date, expected a call, 24 hours before deliver. Nothing... Called the day of delivery and they still can't tell me when it will deliver. At this point it still hasn't delivered and I have no idea where my load is or when it will arrive.

Aug 28,2024I dont even know where to begin with this HORRIFIC company... We started the process by working with a guy named Robert T and the sales cycle was amazing, Robert was extremely kind and provided us with the most qaulity service. We thanked him profusely for his kindness wonderful service... little did we know it was all a sales scam. We agreed on a rate for a cross country move and a pick up date. The movers came to pick up my stuff and charged us $500 extra for wrapping when in the contract it states wrapping is INCLUDED!! We covered the details of the move accounting for 9 labeled boxes and 12 additional items. Be aware there is NO possible tracking so in total it took 24 days luckily I hid an airtag in one of the boxes so I was able to see the journey. Then the nightmare begins... Upon delivery my brand new solid wood office desk has SEVERE water damage. The delivery driver said the truck probably had a leak and it was just sitting in wet blankets for 2+ weeks. WHAT DID WE PAY FOR WITH THE WRAPPING??? Then after taking inventory realized 2 or my 9 boxes are missing. 2 of my moving boxes are MISSING and we received a bookshelf that does not belong to us... HOW? The movers said well we were told its part of the move so we have to deliver it... So someone just did not receive their bookshelf and they just gave it to me...? Which makes me realize that my boxes were just delivered to someone and I will never see them again. When calling to company to file a claim I was walked through the process twice and received an email stating I did not follow the process correctly and it can take up to 120 days to review. I am so sick to my stomach I cant believe I trusted this company with my move. If you care about your belongings at all please do not move forward with this company.

Aug 27,2024I give them a precise list of items to be moved. They jacked the price up 50%. I am going by the list I gave them. They priced by 499 cubic feet which isn't much. I don't know feet. I know what I want shipped. They purposely understate feet so that they can charge more at the time of the move.

Aug 17,2024Absolute disrespect for human beings and scamming them with misquoting and on top of it they pay others to review them 5 stars so they bad reviews get buried. Get a Google business account and you will see. That is why they use trust pilot instead. Do not book with them please! My couch was scraped!

The team was extremely polite, available whenever needed, caring and very competent when doing their work. Jul 30,2024Three May the All American Moving Group made our transfer possible; they were at schedule, very organized and started on time indeed. Actually he took care in wrapping our things. Furthermore, my television set was wrapped twice which was wonderful. They unloaded without any hitch too. So fast they were that all their boxes bibs had reached our new place within no time. Besides, they arranged the furniture according to our orders perfectly. Ultimately it was a commendable service rendered with pleasure.

Jul 29,2024My remarkable experience at All American Moving Group is indisputable because of the quick reaction from them on my first email (which I owe to them because my earlier choice of moving company back out) sending two ladies; Adrienne and Stephanie who were quick, polite and utmost caution. They were punctual, made good communication and employed intelligence when managing the loading and unloading process effectively. I am extremely glad that these individuals turned into a smooth transition day what is usually described as tough.

Jul 29,2024David and Peter were really nice to one another. Moreover, they were quite supportive of each other as well. They worked with so much speed and precision that they finished all their task in the blink of an eye. David and Peter helped me move my stuff from a one-bedroom apartment located in Shaw to another one-bedroom apartment located at DuPont Circle. These two did exceptionally well when moving between apartments for me during the transition of my life from one neighborhood to another (like from Shaw Neighborhood to Du Pont Circle). Besides, I recommend it very much based on how adequately they looked after me.Clearly, this client appreciates what he/she gets in return for his/her money. This is a company personalized recommendations by anyone willing to hire them.

The two men doing the job clearly knew what they were doing. They were quick and efficient but also went out of their way to make me happy! All in all, I endorse them without hesitation.

They did a great task plus they were good-natured while handling five sets of stairs (in total). If you are looking for a kind-hearted, reliable and accountable mover, then I suggest going with All American Moving Group.

Sep 24,2024This was without a doubt the worst moving experience of my life. I've moved twice before with other companies and both times it went well. This time, we chose All American Moving Group and wow did we regret it. This is the most dishonest, dysfunctional, and downright incompetent group of people I have ever interacted with in my life. Here's the rough timeline of how our move went down. 1. Our initial sales call was with Andrew, 2 months before our move date. He was pushy but whatever. He quoted $8k for 1000 cu ft and assured us this would be enough for a 4k sq ft 5 bdr house. (LOL!) We foolishly believed him, signed the contract and paid our deposit. 2. A week before the move, Michael called to confirm our goods. We told him a few things got left off the first time and he thought a better estimate would be $11k for 1600 cu ft. This was annoying and we made a stink about it but ultimately we decided to just move forward since it was still a reasonable price. 3. The day of the move, the moving crew came and packed everything up. They actually did a decent job packing. Then Avi the manager showed up and everything from this point on went horribly. Avi waited until they had already packed everything up, then demanded $18k to load the truck and continue with the move. He justified this by saying we had 2800 cu ft. He told us we wouldn't be able to get our deposit back and would have to pay $6k anyway for the packing if we cancelled at this point. We should have kicked them out of our house, refused to pay, and disputed the credit charges for the deposit, but in the stress of the moment we signed the new estimate, paid him the money and went forward with the move. It ended up only being about 1800 cu ft of stuff (they filled a 26' Penske and the bed of a pickup truck) but Avi refused to pay us back the remaining amount. 4. As the moving crew was about to leave, Avi said "take a look around the house to see if they missed anything". I went upstairs to check and when I came back, everyone was gone. They missed 3-4 additional boxes worth of stuff. 5. A couple days later, I called Avi to see if he could send a driver to come pick up the boxes they missed. He told me he would send a driver a few days later. Despite Avi's continued promises, the driver never came. 6. The agreed-upon delivery date came and went. Avi said "it will be there today, I just don't know what time". It never came. 7. We called customer service and were told that Peter the sales manager was in charge of our case. Peter suddenly became extremely slippery and difficult to reach, as did Avi. We called and texted them every day for two weeks. When we did reach them, they gave us some fake story about how the truck was in Oklahoma City because the driver was caught with a suspended license, and then the truck broke down so they had to wait for it to be fixed. This turned out to be a total lie. 8. Eventually we discovered that our goods were in a storage unit in Houston the whole time. Avi had tried to connect us with two different moving crews but he kept refusing to pay them for previous jobs so they wouldn't do the delivery. At this point we were so angry that we threatened the company with a lawsuit and criminal charges if he didn't let us into the unit. Avi gave us the combination and we just loaded it all up into a U-Haul and drove it across the country ourselves. Now we are finally in our new home with all of our stuff unloaded, but it has been an absolute nightmare getting to this point. All American Moving Group is an extremely scammy company. I will avoid at all costs doing any further business with anyone associated with this company in any capacity.
