There were no extraneous charges for this transaction either, everything went smoothly as agreed. Only one thing shocked me - when David showed up with his friends another truck and a man whose main role was to carry my glass figurines safely! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy I can recommend him strongly.

Jul 17,2024After having a bad experience with UHaul, I called All American Moving Group on a Sunday morning,- not expecting to get a real person. An individual named Buddy Baker answered. I told him I needed to move in two weeks and what had happened with UHaul. He proceeded with one lie after another concerning this company. I gave a deposit of 4200.00 (200.00 of that was for their 5% charge for credit cards that I wasn't told about until later) I was then expected to provide two more cashier checks for the balance of 8400.00. TWO DAYS before the move, I received emails from a person named Michael Cooper who went over the belongings that Buddy Baker sloppily and incorrectly copied down. He told me that I owed another 4000.00 for 'extra space'. I had no choice as my house was sold/closing and new people were moving in. I have never had such a horrendous experience with any company. From start to finish, they lied and were unprofessional. I was lied to by the sales person Buddy Baker for the total amount. He also lied saying he would be always available even on the day of the move. Every time I called him for help, he blew me off. Michael Cooper argued with me on the phone concerning the estimate and amount of space I was quoted. These people are truly untrustworthy and unprofessional on every level. They have made my cross country move exceedingly unpleasant. Addition- If you look on their website, there are only positive reviews. If you attempt to place a review less than 5 stars, it is not allowed.

Jul 16,2024RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Complete sham and scam. My estimate more than doubled and was not told that until my things were on the truck. Movers showed up and were paid to pack. They took my drawers and turned them upside down (including fragile and glass items) into a box and tossed the box on a truck. Movers showed up and they appeared to have just gotten out of jail. No expierience and no professionalism. Then it took alsmost 3 weeks to get my things delivered and half my stuff was ruined! Horrid expierience. No paperworks was signed or provided at the time of departing with my things even though it was asked for. So, I plan on filing complaints with several agencies including Atty Gen

Jul 13,2024These company is a total scam. Please look elsewhere for shipping company or you'll find yourself broken hearted and with a broken wallet. The salesman John have shamelessly fooled me. They gave me an estimate to move 2 items with specific measurements and pictures I provided. The cost more then doubled after driver arrived. I understand slight variability but when that variability is changing from 3k to 7k it's a trap. Plus they don't reimburse deposit so end up trapped paying more than double the estimate or lose a hefty deposit. Very unprofessional, their driver with Fairway moving arrived with a handwritten transport operation numbers on the door in a tired looking truck.

They were very quick to take the money and also protected themselves as they asked us to Zelle the funds instead of allowing us to use a credit card. Once they had our money, there was NO RESPONSE from anyone at All American Moving Group. Since we did not get a response and our moving date was in two days, we tried to contact them and we just got the run around. While taking the order, they underestimated our materials and underquoted us grossly so they can get our money. The agent who spoke to us, completely mislead us. We ended-up going with another movers and got no reimbursement of our deposit. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD. Jul 05,2024Total scam. Do not use this company. They showed up late with only two guys after telling me there would be four guys since i had a piano. They were not willing or able to move the piano and they tried to extort extra money for the move and told me to just leave the piano behind. They left the job which forced me to rent a truck and move myself. Now I am having to sue them to get my money back.

Jul 05,2024This company is committing fraud. This is an absolute nightmare. I’ve already had to pay thousands of dollars more than I was quoted; I had to leave half of my furniture sitting on the curb to try to get my costs down when the movers actually arrived; and I moved three weeks ago and still have absolutely no idea when my stuff will arrive. I had to start a new job while sleeping for weeks on my floor. No one at the company will answer my calls or emails. Absolute scammers. When I read the OIG DOT info about interstate moving fraud, my heart dropped because this fits my situation to a T. This form won’t let me include a link to the info, but google “moving fraud OIG” or “moving fraud FMSCA” and you will find valuable guidance. At this point, I have no idea if I will ever receive my furniture, clothes, and memories. I was fleeing an unsafe relationship, and this company took advantage of my fear and vulnerability. It’s despicable.
