This is a fraud company! Please stay away! They made me make pre payment and said they are going to give me discount if I sign the papers immediately. After signing it, on the moving day they removed the discount and said I signed wrong papers!! Such a fraud people and do no want to resolve the issue at all. Buddy Baker is the name of this fraud guy!

There were several very large pieces of furniture, a lot needing to come out of the basement. Items were unloaded at two different locations. I went with American to move my antique piano from town to town, simply because they had the lowest cost and good ratings. I was definitely not disappointed! Loaded and moved and set in place in under an hour. Thank you!

Bobby Jennings and All American Moving Group couldn’t have been more responsive. We had a hot tub to be delivered and moved to the patio on the back of our house. Bobby Jennings and his crew accommodated the last minute delivery notification and went above and beyond to get the hot tub placed properly. Peter and Bobby Jennings did an out of state move for us, lasting 2 days, they were on time, courteous and really took pride in their work. I will definitely be using g All American Moving Group again for any moving I may need in the future.
After a bad moving experience a few years ago I dreaded using a moving company ever again but All American Moving Group has changed my mind! They showed up on time, were careful with our furniture and worked quickly. They will be the only moving company we use moving forward!
They did an excellent job with our move! We had a lot of heavy stuff and they were very careful. I would highly recommend them! David, Buddy, Bobby Jennings and Peter were all very friendly too. After clearing out each floor, they did a walkthrough with me to make sure they got everything we were very satisfied!
Today we had the pleasure of meeting two of American’s movers, Peter and Bobby Jennings. They helped my 85 year old uncle move from a large townhome to a one bedroom upstairs apartment. These two guys were so friendly, so polite, and such hard workers. They asked questions, they offered help, and were incredibly conscientious. The apartment complex recommended American to us and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend this professional company. Thanks so much Peter and Bobby Jennings.

Jun 01,2024I have to say my move with using this company has been the most terrible experience. When we initially set up this move, we were quoted about $6K based off of the information we provided to the lady setting up our move. We ended up paying $3K to get the spot reserved. Upon arrival on May 29th, the movers looked through the house and quoted $10K. I can understand how estimates work but there is no way we were under quoted 45% of what the driver is telling us. On top of this, the driver did not bring a big enough truck either and we had to leave furniture behind due to no more room and would've charged us more. Now, we are in a situation where we have to go out and buy furniture due to their lack of planning on having a bigger truck. The driver asked for the first delivery date and we told him Friday. At no point, was anything mentioned of a 2-14 business day window. Once I made my trip down to Florida the same day, I have been trying to call the driver on the number he provided and have not heard anything. Friday shows up, I waited all day and tried to call the driver and there was no response. My furniture never made it to my house. On Saturday, I call the driver and no answer. I sent him a text and finally, he responded. He tells me to call his receptionist Nicole. I asked Nicole what the time frame is to getting the furniture delivered as I will be going on a business trip Monday and have to leave Sunday. She informs me that based on the mileage, they allocate 2-14 business days for delivery. This was never mentioned to us. So now, I have the possibility of my family coming down here with no beds to sleep on and have already paid for my flight to go to back to North Carolina after my work trip to drive them down here. Nicole advised that if I called during normal business hours, we could've had a clear answer. I have been trying to call the driver on the number he provided for 2 days!!!!! Not only have I wasted so much money, I have also wasted a lot of time and energy put into this move. I have tried getting answers from customer service and they say they will look into it and never call me back. I cannot explain the frustration and burden this has put on me and my family. If customers are paying a lot of money for this service, they deserve to have good communication with the customer to keep them updated. I have not received any notification on when my furniture will be here. If the expectations and clear details were explained more accurately during the setup and pick up, a lot of this could've been avoided and the extra plane ticket I purchased to get my family here, would've been saved. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You are more likely to get things doing it yourself and save a lot of money. I would not be upset of this entire experience if the quality was much better.
