Aug 13,2021Terrible “customer service” from “management”. Kept funds that were to be refunded. Repeated disconnected calls, falsely accuse caller of “yelling” when simply confronted. Stay away from this company. They are incompetent, and demonstrate juvenile unprofessional behaviour.

Jun 25,2021My experience using AllCleared for my Canadian pardon and U.S. Waiver was excellent. After years of my wife telling me to quit procrastinating and get this done I chose AllCleared. I did not want try to navigate the process myself as I did not want the frustration of doing something incorrect and having to redo it. AllCleared provided me clear and timely instructions on all steps of the process and my Canadian pardon and U.S. waiver was approved. Also to my delight, I received a 5 year waiver for my first time applying and was only expecting a 1 year waiver. The staff are very professional, friendly and provide excellent guidance in completing all the necessary documents to facilitate this process. This service is well worth the money.

AllCleared ensures that there are no mistakes and by the time you are ready to file your application with the Government, you know that it’s been done right. Staff were always available for any questions I had and were very pleasant to work with. Even during Covid, when so many businesses had closed their doors, someone was always available to answer my questions. Some people may think the fee is expensive, but if you try to do this on your own, it is a very very truly difficult process. Thanks to Reecha and All Cleared they made the process so very easy and uncomplicated. The customer service from Reecha was incredible and always kept me up to date. Apr 23,2021I recently got approved through AllCleared for my record suspension. All in all it is now over. There customer service was questionable at times. I did the standard service, so it was a dice roll who you got on the phone or emailing you back. There was a time during the beginning of Covid where they shut the doors and were unreachable, however it would have been nice to be notified that they were closing. There are some fees that pop up throughout the process which I feel isn’t fully described to you when you sign up. Now it’s understandable, but this can be fixed with a simple checklist of what is covered and what is out of pocket could be easily created by the allcleared team. But after all the dust settled and the minor issues cleared up, allcleared did what I paid them to do. Prepare my file and help me get a record suspension, which at the end of the day is what I needed. Thank you all cleared. Adam

Apr 17,2021I recently got approved through AllCleared for my record suspension. All in all it was a simple and convenient service. There customer service was top notch when they were available. There was a time during the beginning of Covid where they shut the doors and were unreachable, not their fault, however it would have been nice to be notified that they were closing. The payment plan made it easily affordable to accomplish my record suspension earlier then planned. There are some fees that pop up throughout the process, including a charge to my credit card without notification. Be prepared for this.

Mar 23,2021I would have never been able to return to Canada if I did not have the help from AllCleared. The number of staff I worked with were very helpful every step of the way. They are very responsive to email and phone calls. I was also regularly updated with status and delays with COVID. The client portal is very good and you can watch as your status and steps are updated. If you have issues getting into Canada or the US I would recommend AllCleared. It takes time but you always know where you stand.

Aug 20,2021Unrealistic expectations set on initial conversation. Fiance started process on April 22. Was told "June or July guaranteed" longer if not done with their service. Still not done as of August 19th. Very little communication that is not automated. Automated responses ask for "patience" due to staff reductions because of COVID, but do not consider how COVID had affected their paying client. Cost approximately 500-900$ more than originally quoted. Very disappointed in this service. Will not recommend. You're better off applying for everything for yourself. Cheaper and just as fast as a "guaranteed" service.
