Dec 13,2024It’s a shame there aren’t 6 stars. Roman deserves all of ‘em. He’s been great through this process. I know I can count on him with any inquiries that I may have. He’s been on point and always in a timely fashion. If all the reps are like Roman I don’t see why there would be any reviews under 5 stars. If you can choose a rep to help you, make sure to ask for Roman. Here’s an example of how he was able to assist me immediately: I was late for a payment and typically there is a late fee added, he was able to waive the fee and said they’d run the amount the following day. To some, the late fee isn’t much but it’s the helpful thought and intuition that sticks out in a positive light. Thanks, Roman.

Oct 29,2024Do not use this company. I hired them, paid the $1000.00 fee and they did very little for me. After close to a year, and nothing done I asked for a refund. Allcleared admitted they did very little for me and agreed to a refund, but I've seen nothing back and communication has stopped. Last I heard from them was Feb '24. Such a shame.

Jul 06,2024My experience was okay with Allcleared apart from being a client who is currently living out of Canada. It does not make it easy to communicate and follow up on paperwork considering time differences. Customer service especially during phone calls has to be handled with more caution and more one on one where necessary for both parties to fully understand each other.

Jun 13,2024Absolute scam artists. Called the company and told them that I would be traveling to Canada for the Grand Prix and then I needed a TRP done because of a DWI that I got nine years ago ago. The gentleman on the phone was very curt, short, and rude. Told me to “get my money back and hope that you can go next year. Because there is no way you’re going into the country“ My answer was I will not accept that answer. Shortly after that phone call I filled out the paperwork for the Canadian TRP myself, mailed it in, and gott the approval within a month. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Grand Prix. $4000? Or $200… Scam scam scam Here’s my response to their reply below. The FBI check is simply going to your local post office and getting your fingerprints. You have the FBI background check within 24 hours. I had mine within minutes. The other documents all take days to get. When I submitted it to the consulate, I had literally six weeks to the day of departure and I got my request back in four weeks. These people are scam artist 90% of the paperwork you have to fill out yourself and they have to literally write one paper Correlation between the laws of your state and the laws in Canada. They are here to make a buck. You can do it all yourself. Do not let them scare you into hiring them and paying $4000. It took me literally a few days to get all my paperwork together and send it over to the consulate.
