Dec 03,2024Allerton Damp Proofing were engaged to complete some damp proofing remedial work on my Mother's house. Right from the initial phone call, through the survey, the paperwork and the eventual damp proofing work on the house, ADP showed themselves to be a thoroughly professional company, always treating their customers (and property) with courtesy and respect. Of particular note was how friendly the guys were who came to do the work, always introducing themselves by name and being willing to describe the works being undertaken. Following the survey, detailed documentation was provided which provided information about the proposed works and also our responsibility in preparing the house for the works required. We requested additional work in the kitchen to remove and then refit a kitchen unit and this was accommodated. The works were scheduled for three days and Mum vacated the house for this period. On day 3 I visited to see how things were progressing and noticed a couple of things that had been overlooked. ADP immediately planned remedial action and this was completed on day 4. A small issue with a sticking radiator valve was also quickly resolved. Despite the extensive work, ADP left the house clean and tidy. As was expected, there was some dust after the work was completed, but this was quickly cleaned up. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. A first class job from start to finish.

Nov 30,2024I had some damp proofing work done in 3 rooms downstairs and from start to finish Allerton we're very professional and helpful, especially Mark from the project team he was very knowledgeable, reassuring and always willing to help. Gaz, Will and Pete where fantastic they where very respectful and considerate. They made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left, answered any question we had and helped in any way they could. Gladly use the company again and recommend to friends and family.
