They were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem. After a few other attempts by different plumbers, they were the ones who finally got to the bottom of it. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind, and they made sure to explain every step along the way. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues

Oct 04,2024I've been so impressed by the professionalism of Allerton Damp Proofing. From the the survey and detailed report, the communication in the lead up to the work being done, to the efficient way of managing their documentation online. But most of all by how tidily the work was done in my house. There was real care taken to protect my floors and to leave the rooms as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day of work. I had expected a lot of mess given the job they had to do and I was very pleasantly surprised at how they managed to leave it so tidy. All my queries were dealt with promptly, and everyone I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

Sep 25,2024Tom and Chris came and completed some work today and were great from start to finish. Both were very accommodating and explained everything they were doing. As I work from home I had to crack on and felt completely at ease with them being in the house. There was no sign that any work had been done (no mess) - aside from the newly installed fans. They did a great job of setting things up to prevent dust etc. Thank you for so little disruption and a great job. I would highly recommend

Day 2 and 3 had twin brothers working, couldn't of asked for nicer lads, both great and both a credit to the company.
