Aug 13,2024Very happy with gazebo, quality is good, and it looks great. Easy to put up with 2 of us. One of the sandbags was missing, but a full replacement set was sent out the same day, so excellent customer service. We bought this through Amazon, but this wasn’t a problem in this case.

Aug 03,2024Recently purchase a 3x3 gazebo on an eBay auction. Got it for a great price I was then away for a while and the company were really accommodating when it came to delivery. Gazebo was delivered promptly the day after I arrived back home at my request. Really good customer service

My gazebo had only been used for 2months purchased in August 2023 put away in September 2023 for the winter , I was told it wasn’t covered by the warranty because it had been left up ?( not true) and it was out of the first six months warranty? Absolute nonsense ! Just very poor service.

Jul 09,2024Have had a pop up gazebo from All Seasons and the first year the canopy started to delaminate, the inside comming away from the outside cover. This particular canopy also tears extremely easily with the lightest of touches and have many small tears in it, dosent matter how careful you are with it. Would not recommend unless you want to buy a new canopy every year. I have solved this buy covering the gazebo canopy with a tarpaulin

Jul 09,2024The canopy is waterproof in light rain but water drips through stitching where the four straps are attached to the roof. One broke away from the roof after six uses. Customer care exists but dismiss problems and sent link to order a replacement canopy at full cost. Their dismissal of warranty because you leave the gazebo unattended for any period of time is not what you’d expect from a company with the name All Seasons Gazebos. It simply means you can use it any time of year as long as the weather is good.

Jun 29,2024We purchased one of these a few years ago and were extremely pleased with it. When it came time to buy a new one we had no hesitation in ordering the same again. We purchased from Amazon because the pricing was much better there. Unfortunately the stitching in the canopy was coming apart. So we ordered a replacement and, the second one also had a faulty canopy - the seams were all misaligned and one of the plastic clips was broken. To make matters worse All Seasons were extremely unhelpful. Despite the amazon returns page directing us to them stating they would "Replace missing or damaged parts" they refused to replace the canopy with the excuse that they did not have the same colour. We said we would accept any colour but they said they would only replace with the same colour, which they could not do because they did not have it in stock! They also said "I understand that on the Amazon website it does state to contact us regarding issues and problems but this is not set in place by ourselves as a company, this has been put in place by Amazon and we will be looking into this and contacting them regarding this as they should not be sending their customers to us regarding problems and issues." very helpful indeed!

Jun 13,2024I purchased 3x4.5 m gazebo , it’s not as strong as the company advertise … was only up for few weeks and frame twisted in few places and collapsed one side … luckily no one was hurt … as it is still under warranty the company offered to pay half for new frame as they said warranty is avoided as I use it as permanent structure , so u can’t leave it unattended, u can’t leave it up overnight ….

May 28,2024Ordered sides and top cover in green for a 2.5m pop up gazebo. Now, our frame was bought off Ideal World years ago and it's still going strong. It was just the sides and top cover that needed replacing. So took a chance because it's a different make, but pleasently surprised everything fits nice and tight like it should. We have it up permanently over our hot tub. The only bit that's not tight is the apex centre of the top cover, but I'm sure I can make some sort of adapter. 2 very small negatives, just in my opinion. The centre of top cover is not vented as the old one was, which helped let condensation out, and the zipped door is a tad too wide which makes it difficult to roll up on your own. Other than that, 10/10 perfect.

May 25,2024Purchased a Gazebo in 2020. Didn't put it up until we bought a hot tub recently. It was missing the top cover. I ordered a top cover the other day and was very pleased with Emma and Alex. Swift delivery. After so long since original purchase they still gave a good will gesture. Excellent service (5 stars)👍

Apr 23,2024Just taken delivery of one of All Seasons' superior gazebos (3x4.5). Superior in every aspect when compared to a previous cheap(er) one I bought from another supplier. Well worth the extra cost. But more than the quality of the product was the quality of the service. Having spoken to Leanna - big call-out for a very helpful lady - about a small defect on one of the panels, plus a missing carry-bag and their replacements arrived by courier... the next day. No quibble; just a copy of the invoice and a photo. Couldn't have been more helpful nor pleasant in dealing with my call. Thank you.

I am very, very impressed by the efficiency of the whole operation especially the lady I spoke to on the Tuesday and who organised the whole operation. Very many thanks to all concerned, including the courier company, APC.

Dec 28,2023Avoid avoid avoid Gazebo lasted less than 12 hours. Metal twisted. Warranty void due to “leaving gazebo unattended”. According to warranty you must take it down every second that you leave, go to toilet must take down, go inside the house; must take it down. Warranty is impractical and a waste of time. Not suitable for all seasons at all.

Oct 04,2023We purchased a gazebo from All Seasons Gazebos In May this year. Because of our poor summer we hadn’t had much use from it ( not of course All Seasons Gazebos fault!) However on putting it away for the winter we noticed a manufacturing fault on the canopy. I rang Melissa explained the issue, sent relevant invoices and photo and she immediately mailed out a replacement canopy for us. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this company for polite and friendly after sales service.

Aug 30,2023I have had my gazebo since April. On the plus side the frame is really sturdy and the roof material strong and doesn't flap at all. It is also simple to erect, even for a person on their own. On the minus side, the guide ropes are ridiculously flimsy and have 3 out of four have snapped, just because they have been out in the sun and have perished. But I have replaced them with stronger cord.

Jul 28,2023Charge the earth for a replacement roof canopy! We have a 2.5m pop up gazebo, they are currently selling at £159.00 all in - plus leg weights and storage bag. Our roof canopy rotted away after 2 years and when looking to replace just the roof canopy I was told it was £99.00. If you want to buy just the pop up frame its £119.00. So they've hiked the price way up for any replacement. If I stay with the All Seasons brand it will get very expensive! On principle I won't be buying a new roof canopy and will instead seek out another company.
