Jul 02,2023We got a 3m by 3m gazebo with walls, it can be put up comfortably by 2 people, also with some care and no wind 1 person. We've had it for 2 years. We're in Southern Scotland so we have used it in spring summer and autumn, when it is not too windy. It’s seems to cope with about a 25 mph wind. After that I think you'd be risking it. So we do put it up and down a lot, which is a pain, but only about 30mins each time. The weak points in the design are how well the Velcro is sown on. We had 2 that were not sown properly (looked rushed) and so they came off very quickly, but the ones sown on properly have stayed. The key weak point is the 4 corner guy ropes, they are terrible and snap very easily. After one snapped just putting the peg in a little tight I replaced all these with different ones. Considering the importance of these and the cost of them, I’m really surprised that such cheap ones have been used in the first place. I would recommend this mainly for occasional use but even for several weeks if calm weather.

Jun 28,2023Bought a gazebo a week ago . Put it up in the garden on a sunny day. After only a few hours the sand bags had split. Not fit for purpose so requested a return. Refused a return on the basis that we hadn’t kept the box (our recycling was the day after delivery and we never anticipated the gazebo being substandard) Expected more when we paid over £200 less than a week ago. Wasted money! Absolutely gutted!

Jun 23,2023A shame to give 1 star when the gazebos look great (haven't tried to erect them yet though!) Ordered through Amazon and delivered, but the carry cases were missing. the main reason I ordered this model was for the wheeled bags as I don't have a car. I contacted the company direct on 7th June and they were initially very helpful. However, it has now been over two weeks and Fedex have not delivered. the company has tried to sort this out I admit and has passed Fedex our phone number but they appear now to have washed their hands of us. I asked for the parcels to be redirected to another address and they say 'there is nothing further they can do' really think they should use another courier as I've noticed a number of reviews with this kind of feedback

Jun 21,2023Initially purchased a 2x2 gazebo, which has proved to be of decent quality. However, after purchasing the relevant “Superior Side Panel Set” I would strongly recommend NOT to waste your money on these side panels. The PVC window material is far from sufficient, very thin and vulnerable to tearing if you are expecting anything more than a gentle breeze. Attempts to contact the company were made - to no avail, no response received. Poor customer service.

Jun 14,2023Bought a 2m x 2m gazebo during 'covid' so we could socialise outdoors. Absolutely brilliant design and great value. Less than 5min to put up and to take down with two people. Rather than sand in the bags to weight it down, we use a brick in bubble wrap. 3 years on and we're still loving it.

Jun 07,2023Bought mine in July 2020. It goes up in the spring, comes down in October. If strong winds are forecast I will take it down in minutes (alone, but instructions say must have 2 people!). Occasionally gets ‘stolen’ by bike racing partner. The frame is as good as day 1 , the black cover is now grey. Can honestly say that I wish everything I bought was as worth the money I have paid for this. Also, after ordering online on a Sunday in grey I panicked and decided I wanted black. Rang up on Monday, staff really helpful and the black was delivered!

May 31,2023I bought a gazebo from all seasons because I wanted one that would last us a few years..and was under the misconception that if I paid a little extra for one it might last longer. I was wrong, within a couple of months it started to wear out and became discoloured and so this year I have had to replace the entire cover .. the frame is ok but the cover is worse than some of the cheap gazebos I have purchased in the past and I certainly don’t believe it is worth anywhere near the amount of money I paid for it ..

May 30,2023Ordered an accessory which was under a tenner so had to pay for delivery, £8.64 for delivery! Order after 3 ona a Tuesday so expected 2 days rather than next day so still in time for a party on the Saturday. Then got a message from FedEx on the Friday saying it would be Monday. Rude replies by email from customer service and took ages to refund.

May 24,2023Products are excellent and delivered in good time. Don't bother using the chat service though...no one replies. I resorted to spamming it to try get a response and nada. Will call when it a suitably bad mood

May 24,2023Poor customer service. We had previously purchase a gazebo and then subsequently purchased the side panels to match the roof. Unfortunately the roof got damaged in the wind. I tried to purchase a replacement canopy however they have stopped selling the pink or red colour meaning it will no longer match the side panels. I contacted them to ask if there was anything they could offer given that we would have mismatched panels and roof. I understand that these things happen however they would not even offer a small discount. In the end I have had to purchase a black roof canopy at full price and will now have side panels that don’t match.

May 24,2023I purchased a 2.5 x2.5 heavy duty gazebo arrived within a day and when we set it up 2 window panels were damaged and writting on front of gazebo window i contacted lea at customer service she emailed me saying she was sorry about the damaged panels and was sending replacement ones out to me excellent customer service so helpfull only thing i find wrong is bottom of side panels are so long and have to be turned up at least 8 inches and its very saggy at bottom and doesnt look nice at all i thought all gazebo panels just fitted to floor lenth but these ones are way to long is this normal for your gazebos does everyone have same problem with it why do the gazebos have so much spare fabric overhanging on the floor it doesnt make the gazebo look nice

May 10,2023We ordered a 6m x 3m gazebo several months ago but the weather was good and we didn’t need to use it. The packaging was not damaged and all the contents were there however we didn’t need to actually erect it. Went to use it over the coronation weekend and discovered that it had been supplied with a canopy that is far too small for the frame. Customer services will not swap it out for the correct one as 30 days has passed even though it is their error in the first place. Customer service shockingly bad - beware of ordering from this company.

May 05,2023We wanted a gazebo in a hurry and All Seasons brilliantly delivered within 24 hrs. We had never erected a gazebo before and even though it was a pop up, we still felt a little bit daunted. We need not have worried, two of us managed really well. I think it's definitely easier with two although at a pinch it could be a one person job. We were very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it. We ordered the gazebo by telephone and the staff were lovely to deal with especially when we explained how quickly we needed it.

Feb 17,2023Have had this superior gazebo permanently erected over the workshop double doors to keep the weather at bay,,only been taken down once to paint the workshop,, it must be five or six years it has been up,, a few small tears have been inflicted on it so a replacement has been ordered and Vicky of Allseasons could not have been more helpful, So it is Five stars all round,, Great product and company to deal with,,

Nov 14,2022I would give zero stars if I had the chance, superior premium gazebo.. arrived broken, first off arrived with no sides secondly when I received the whole thing it had a hole in the roof but as I had an event the next day I patched it with clear tape and was fine, went to use again and hole was bigger and unusable as the quality is so bad, says years warranty on site but they told me now that it is 6 months, don’t waste your money getting a superior one as the quality will be no different to the cheapest one! Nov 10,2022We bought the superior 3x3m gazebo back in September but didn't get to put it up until 4th November. One of the window panels had the zip fastener missing so we couldn't have the windows on opposite sides. Emailed the company over the weekend and on Tuesday a replacement panel was delivered. We haven't had chance to try it out yet, but I'm very impressed with the gazebo, it's quality and the customer service. All seasons could certainly teach a lot of other companies about customer service 👏👍

Oct 26,2022Bought our gazebo in July 2021. It is sturdy and well made. We chose this company because they sell spare parts for their gazebos. When we first unpacked it one of the windows had a tear in it, we contacted the company who did not quibble about sending replacements - we asked if we could upgrade to the heavy duty sides and pay the difference which was not a problem. We asked where to return the original sides but they said we could keep them. We received the replacement sides the next day. We erected the gazebo in a corner so it was quite protected on two sides, and screwed the legs down to the decking and put the guy ropes on, and there it stayed until end of October. We are aware that this invalidates warranty, but it seemed so sturdy that we risked it. Did the same this year - end of June till end of October - and apart from a small plastic bracket breaking when we dismantled the gazebo it has survived intact again. We contacted the company to attempt to purchase a replacement bracket, and they are sending one out free of charge. They responded quickly each time (within an hour) of us contacting them. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we ever want another gazebo.

Jul 07,2023We bought a 3 x 3m gazebo that has only been used in the summer for 2 years. The blue colour has faded badly and the fabric cover has failed at the corner seam. Despite their claim that you can get many years of enjoyment All Seasons were not willing to help us by offering any discount on a replacement cover. Poor value for money.
