Great work by the team and very friendly...they also managed to install windows quickly and on the agreed date. We highly recommend this company...the workers done a great job and all involved were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
The boys came on 2 days and they worked hard on both days, I made them a cup of coffee, but they was drinking as they worked. On day 1 the weather was against them as it was very windy that was why they came back the next day to finish off
Only had a quote Salesman started at £27000!!!!! Miraculously halved it within 15 minutes Then made the scripted call to his "manager" To then drop the price to £9600 Which was still ludicrous. I wont be taking up there offer.
We had our windows done last year and we were happy with the windows and service at that point, but I would never use them again due to constant harassment ever since to buy more. We have had phone calls every week, sometimes numerous ones in a day even when we have told them to take us of their list. We had the same experience with another company and told them about this at the initial consultation. The windows are good but I would never use this company again due to the after service and sales team. Avoid if you don't want constant harassment after to buy more.
What a lovely set of lads, cleaned up and tidies up after themselves, the quality of workmanship is second to none, would definitely recommend AWR
Done a fantastic job would recommend them took all rubbish leaving nothing behind very polite team x
Awful pushy sales tactic. Pressuring you into securing a deposit within 3 hours of a giving a quote, even though politely hinting and telling them i needed more time to consider. None stop calls from them. Firstly they came up with a ridiculous quote of £3700 (just for some French doors) not labour included. The overall quote being over £4K, to then miraculously offer to do the job for half the original quoted price (within 15 minutes) when they realised I wasn’t convinced for the original price. I have now been quoted by a new genuine company £1180 for the labouring, make good, plastering AND made to measure French doors. All Weather Roofline must think the public are clueless on how much things costs, eg, materials and French doors. They are con artists. Stay away at all costs if you value your money.
The young guy that came was very polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble to make sure it was done correctly couldn't have asked for more ,he was great

The fitters were quick, polite and cleared up afterwards,
We had our wood cladding replaced in October 2022. Recently we noticed that some of the clips had split, nothing major but it needed to be sorted. I contacted AWR and someone came out to check it out. After a couple of weeks it was sorted mainly due to having to order the clips as they are grey and not your normal white. There were a couple of glitches in communication but we got there in the end.
Brad and John two lovely guys came to fit our 10 windows and 2 doors they have done a superb job on how hard the old windows where to get out the finish they have done is brilliant if i had questions they would answer and inform me of what they were doing great communication, so pleased thanks guys.
Installation today. Happy with communicatuin from all team- those that came to measure that showed us images of doors previously fitted to accompany the brochures. The team who organised the installation and the fitter who was professional, polite, efficient and tidy. My partners first comment was he could feel how the draft had disappeared compared to old door. Very happy with the high quality and look of the door. Thankyou
Great price, quick, and efficient. Happy with the end product.
I wish i could give zero stars ,but one is as low as I can go. My 83 year old mother in law needed a new roof on her conservatory and was recommended this firm for the job. after obtaining a quote for £11000 she agreed to the work and it commenced on 17/02/2023. All was well until October when the roof started leaking, we rang them and someone came out and supposedly fixed it, but the leaks still remained. On the 4th December a manager came out to assess the roof and agreed that further work needed doing and that it would be done before Christmas, we explained that we would be away from the 15th December and he said he would get it done before we went away, no-one came. we then rang again when we came back and was told that the repairs would be sorted on 29th January. We expected a team of workers turning up to carry out the work but another assessor came. When we asked why the work wasn't being carried out he said that he was only here to do an assessment, we asked what had happened to the other assessment and he didn't offer an explanation. we also asked him why the work that the other manager had pointed out wasn't being done and again he didn't offer an opinion. He went away and told us that in his opinion all that was needed was some double sided tape on the roof and they had it in stock and two fitters would come to do the work. They rang to say that they were coming on 20/02/2024 to fit 'trickle vents' to the windows as we have condensation. My wife tried to explain that the problem is not with the windows that when it rain the roof lets water in on the opposite side form the windows and we do not have a problem with condensation and in any case they didn't fit the windows which have been perfect for 20 years. They were insistent that the problem was with the windows and that was the work that they were coming to do. when asked about the assessor that said that they were coming to fit double sided tape they said that they knew nothing about it. I tried calling today when I came home from work to clarify the situation but after 20 minutes of being told by an answerphone message that they were available until 6pm i gave up (I started ringing at 5:15). it is now 6pm on the 19th February we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow. My Mother in Law is stressed out with the situation, she cannot enjoy the conservatory that she and her late husband wanted as an extension to their bungalow. Everytime it rains she gets upset because she knows what is going to happen, we have buckets and bowls on the floor to catch the water and it is damaging the flooring in the conservatory. we feel as if we are being fobbed off and that £11000 has been wasted. we have booked an independent roofing contractor that we will be presenting to AWR when he has done it and presenting the same to Trading Standards. I have not exaggerated the situation but we feel let down by a company who says it puts customer care at the forefront of its reputation.
