Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. The custom design options allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted, and the finished product looks incredible. The installation team was efficient, polite, and left the place spotless. Jan 27,2025Archaic sexist 'policies'. Had this company turn up at my door. I do actually need work doing so agreed to book in a quote. Office called me to book in but refused to do so unless my boyfriend would be present. I explained I am the sole owner and so he does not need to be here. The person on the phone said he did. I reiterated, I am the sole owner and therefore decision maker (and bill payer) and that my boyfriend does not need to be here. He insisted it was company policy, and said it was so we could choose materials. I again reiterated that I would make those decisions and he refused so I refused to choose this company to spend my money on. Absolutely bizzare interaction and looks like others have had the same. I could understand needing both homeOWNERS permission if that was the case but there is only one home owner in this scenario. Having read other reviews it looks like i have dodged a bullet anyways. It's 2025 sort your 'policies' out...... EDITED TO REPLY: I don’t wish to provide my contact details as there is nothing you can or need to do to resolve. The call was from 01302898849 at 12:46 today and my contact number ends in 9768 if that helps. Your policy didn’t apply in this situation as I explicitly explained multiple times to your call handler that there was only one owner and decision maker.

Jan 27,2025No show of workman to erect a door canopy waited in all day within any communication from the company. We had to phone to find out what was happening and wasn't contacted until 3.0pm to say the contractor wasn't coming. Not happy about the communication won't be recommending them.

Jan 22,2025The product is good , the service is shocking. Constant cold callers from their sales team trying to get more products sold pre and post job. Wrong coloured handles fitted on the first install with a broken window on the French door. Fitter came the following week to change the handles to the correct colour but only brought one set when two sets needed swapping. On the second install of the other windows I specified to the company that they needed to contact my Mrs for payment and I work in an environment where I don’t have my phone on me and she was the only person on the paperwork. 4 day go buy and I am then threatened with debt collectors even though we haven’t been contacted by the company to collect payment. Overall good product but awful service wouldn’t replace the rest of my windows on the property with this company again!!

Jan 18,2025A very pleasant salesman called Will did the point of sales presentation. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We ordered a new front door and side window, the surveyor did the survey and the installation was done the next month. Unfortunately the door requested in duck egg blue wasn't supplied and we have had a rosewood one fitted. Apararanly Will omitted that information from the order. Having recently suffered from a stroke I didn't check the paperwork, trusting that right door would be supplied as we had picked it out from catalog. On the day or lnstalation we became aware that the colour was not as requested and a phone call to the company bosses said that they had supplied what was ordered. The door and fitting was fine and looks good but we didn't get what we ordered and had to pay the bill in full. So always check the paperwork. Very disappointed by the company's response and I would have thought that some sort of reduction to the price would have been in order.

Jan 17,2025Think twice before having work done by this company. Since having my soffits and fascias changed in Nov 2023 we've had constant problems during the cold weather. The roof space is no longer able to breathe with in adequate ventilation. During frost the felt develops frozen condensation and then when it warms up it drips all over the bedroom ceilings like a shower. Of course I've asked AWR to rectify and given ample chances but it looks as though I'll be sorting myself after they have said it's nothing they've done. Funny that we've never had a problem since the works were done and we've only been living at the property 17 years 🤔

Jan 13,2025£25k wtf! Old style selling tactics, the guy was in my house over 2hrs. Told the sales man my budget (which was as unrealistic as their quote 🤣) and he called his boss who then proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid!! Put the phone down and asked the guy to leave. Single female, could have been intimidating DONT OVER PAY - Shop around! The date of the appointment was 10/1/25 - my quote was for 13 windows (£25k circa £1.9k each) The quote was then reduced to £23k and then £17k.....

The service is very bad, and it has been 3 years that the company has failed to fix production or installation defects. Every visit is like a challenge. There are plenty of promises, but no positive results. When calling by phone, the manager is never available. Or it’s said that all inquiries should be made via email.

Feb 01,2025Sexist and dishonest A couple of years ago I had started the process of getting a quote for a new door. When it came to confirming a date to get a surveyor out, one of these guys I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and kept asking for the "Mr of the household" (I repeatedly corrected him that I'm a sole homeowner, and it's Dr or Miss for me). I later asked him to repeat a question - he had called me in the middle of a meeting so I was distracted, I had picked up thinking it was an urgent call - and he said "aren't you women supposed to be able to multitask?" Despite this I allowed the surveyor to come out (more phone calls in the meantime always asking for the Mr of the household). The person who came out to my property then told me the discount that had been promised to me on the phone did not exist, effectively wasting my time as without the discount the quote was too expensive. Incredibly shady and dishonest. They have since called me every spring, and I keep telling them I do NOT wish to do business with them - which they ignore. In fact I last had a missed call from them just now, after I accidentally answered the phone just last week and told them similarly that I refuse to do business with them. This last call finally was the straw to break the camel's back and prompt me to write this. Do not engage, do not give these clowns your money.
