Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. Really pleased with my new door! I read some really bad reviews after ordering my door and I was a little worried at first and wondered if I’d made a mistake. I needn’t have worried at all. All the staff from sales to fitter were all really nice, friendly and professional. The customer service staff are excellent, nothing was too much trouble. My door looks really nice and is real quality! I can highly recommend this company I will definitely use this company again! I’m really pleased thank you!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I would never order from this firm again, it has been an absolute fiasco from start to finish. I ordered two windows in lockdown last year hoping to help out a firm looking for work in extenuating circumstances. I advised they would have to fit these in the school holidays as I am a teacher. A surveyor came and measured up. I heard nothing until October when two men arrived unexpectedly to fit the windows, waking both myself and my daughter (a nurse who had been on nights) up. Since they had arrived I agreed but they then discovered one window was completely the wrong size and that I would need scaffolding for which they would be no charge. Nothing more until this year when a man rolled up to erect scaffolding. I said I didn't know anything about this and he went away again. Eventually two men arrived with only one window claiming the other was with me. Wrong! They went away and we made a date to fit on the 20th March. Scaffolding was erected at 7 a.m. even though I had asked for it much later in the day. Neighbours were annoyed. Windows fitted and I said I would make a bank transfer after complaining to their boss. Scaffolding is still up - this means to me the job is not finished - and the firm has threatened (unpleasantly) that it will not be removed until I pay the balance. No-one has checked the safety of the scaffolding in all the time it has been up.

Do not use this company !!!! Absolute jokers. Non existent customer service. Scaffolding still up 4 months after the job was finished. Numerous phone calls not followed up and dates given not followed through. Legal advice next.

Just had a new composite door and soffits facias and guttering done by these guys! Absolutely brilliant done an amazing job, couldn’t be happier. Was very sceptical with the reviews but everything was on time and done professionally cleaned up after them selfs and did odd jobs I wanted to, would definitely recommend

Had door of these and had a fault on the lock after a few years, 10 year cover so got them out to check it out. Fitter came out and said it needed replacing and would get it done. When we door was sold to us it cans with 5 keys, new replacement lock only came with 3, told to pay myself for the keys. The keys are £8 each plus delivery which they would not pay for. They then remove all nagative comments on their Facebook page and block you after some time. Would never buy anything from these again.
