Feb 06,2024You followed the process exactly as you had told me it would be. I of course was pleased with that. This being my first experience working with AmFed I have one suggestion, I thought the time delay from when my check I sent was cashed, the funds removed from my checking account, and the email with tracking numbers was longer than I expected. If you could shorten that time frame it would be more assuring.

Blanchard and he followed through with everything he said he would do. He made it simple for me to say, 'yes'. I would definitely call him again and refer my clients and friends to American Federal. Everything was handled to perfection.

Jan 26,2024As a first-time buyer of bullion, I was understandably a little reluctant and hesitant to get my feet wet. I had called other firms and was put off by their attitude. They sounded like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me, and stipulating in a very condescending manner that they had "minimum purchase requirements" for even letting me in the door, which ranged from $2K to $2.5K. Can you imagine? What a turn-off for someone just wanting some answers to questions. Thankfully, I found AmFed. Not only were they nearby, but the staff (Michele, in particular) was outstanding, making me feel welcome, answering all my questions, and presenting a number of options for purchasing bullion. I am a lifelong fan now. I will be returning to AmFed as soon as I can. Thank you!
