But all at AmFed are superior personnel. One can feel comfortable with any sales person and all are a wealth of knowledge. You will not feel pushed to buy anything but will be given an education on matters of your concern and the markets to help one make an " informed " decision. In fact often emails are received with explanations and offers that can't be found elsewhere at the same price. Also if one owns a portfolio of Bullion or Graded coins your portfolio can receive a review and a recommendation on what to keep sell, exchange etc. I have dealt with the company since before the new millennium and have never been disappointed. Customer service is simply the best. Phones are answered promptly and with courtesy . They handle your needs with aplomb while treating you with the utmost respect. All my interactions have been like this. This company's integrity deserves highest praise possible. When needed they have done favors for me do to medical issues with shipping going back decades. Even Don when he flew somewhat near me to see a large client did me a solid and came over and took my few items back for consignment as I did't want them around , Save for a nominal amount. If anyone wants to do themselves a favor they should use this company, you would be glad you did and if you don't you will never know what you missed.
