Feb 28,2020I have done two loans at American financing Suzanne Dew is fantastic she help me through the process on the first loan and I knew who to call on my second refinance. Never once did the ball stop rolling it was a VA loan and she got it through with minimal effort on my part I would absolutely recommend Suzanne Dew and American financing avoid the hassle give them a call. It’s so nice to have a company you trust when you’re talking about a large purchase of a home

Feb 27,2020The staff from start (Russell Wilson) to closing (Mercedes) were professional, accommodating and courteous. I had received several unsolicited offers to refinance my VA loan via the mail. However, I wanted to deal with a local firm and I had seen the American Financing commercials on TV and decided to contact them to see what we could arrange. I have our credit lines locked and it took two attempts in order to provide American Financing adequate access in order for them to verify the information necessary to proceed with our loan application. A federal holiday was in the midst of the first attempt and my granted access had a time limit that did not coincide with their workload and the holiday period. We played phone tag for a few days and although the preliminary paperwork was done securely online, we had processing time delays because of our personal schedules not coinciding with their work schedules. On the bright side the loan was approved without delay once American Financing had all of the information they required. Additionally, Russell arranged for a notary public (Mercedes) to come to our residence to handle the closing.

He maintained great rapport with us throughout the refinancing process. We ended up getting a lower rate and lower monthly payment, so we are very pleased about our experience with Allen and American Financing.

Went to American’s web site and started the process was Contacted by Jeffery Timian and his team. They were easy to work with and the whole process was done on line and by email. We are very happy with the outcome.
