Once I decided on a rate and term working with Scott and the American Financial system to upload documents was easy and efficient. Once I was ready to close Scott arranged for closing & notary, which fit into my schedule. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Jan 28,2020I am so happy with my newly refinanced Mortgage at 3.5% fixed 30 year through American Financing. I can't thank them enough I had been stuck in a Mortgage that had an adjustable rate that could not go lower than 7.99% but could go as high as 14.99% and when I scrimped and saved to pay what little extra I could scrap together to add to my principle their reaction was to start raising my interest rate every quarter. With my new loan from American Financing I am paying more to my principle on the first month's payment that I was with my old mortgage after 13 years. And to make matters even better if I pay the same amount I was paying on my old note I will pay off my house in 20 years. I really have to thank the folks I worked with my main contact Keith Wieland and the Loan Processor Lucresia Hamilton. It was a pleasure working with them.

Each time something arose Rick and Erika worked diligently for me and gotten it taken care of. They also kept me informed with regular updates. American Finance is an excellent company to do business with and I will certainly recommend them to anyone.

Jan 23,2020This definitely was a long and stressful process. The experience was not as expected unfortunately but I am now a homeowner is what matters. My mortgage consultant was sometimes difficult to get a hold of but once I did it went smoothly. Some documents and some information was continuously misconstrued, but it got taken care of when brought to attention. My realtor was wonderful to work with and will now be a family friend. Overall it was a decent experience.

Because it lowered our interest rate and gave us a two-month reprieve on our payments, we did it. Brandon Kelly and Joseph Bishop were very helpful and I did very little work to get this approved. I would recommend American Financing to others, and I have since our first loan from last May.

Our mortgage consultant, Samier, was very responsive (even while he was out of town!), knowledgeable, and best of all, got us a better-than expected interest rate on our mortgage.
