Jonathan Stone was the worst. Didn’t help at all. The. Took a vacation in the middle with no one to take over. Then calls me to tell me that I needed to fill out another for. A week later and made me miss the house I was trying to buy. Do not use them!!! Go with another lender please

I just wanna say that my The person that I was assigned to to handle my refinance was going On maternity leaveI I got passed off to for different people and I did not get the personal attention walk me through my options of refinancing I fell I got little information of my options and I was rush through the whole process.

I recently completed an IRRRL refinance. Worked with Tracy Pettway. He was completely honest. Backed up his word with documents and processed the paperwork in almost half of the time of anyone else. I would recommend American Financing to anyone looking at a refinance option. Ask for Tracy and he will work to close your loan at the best available rate.

This was the best experience I've had in obtaining any kind of loan! I learned about this company thru Glenn Beck, The Blaze TV. Everyone exceeded my expectations, so pleasant and extremely helpful. Suzanne Dew was especially helpful and literally walked me thru the entire loan process - She was patient, understanding and generally cared enough to take the time to explain the entire process at each level. She made me feel like I was her only client. It was like dealing with a close friend or family member.

Customer service was outstanding. I have been through the loan and refinance process before and this company by far has the competition beat. The broker (Sami Kahale), processor (Amira Hernandez) and underwriter kept us informed regularly and when an unexpected issue came up with an old lien that had never been removed. They handled it worked with the county and old bank to get it removed and then gave us a credit to compensate for the added time it took to close.

Raymond and Cameron were both great with answering our questions and keeping us in the loop. They answered any and all questions, from the lowest in complexity to the ones that took some thinking. Not once did they make us feel stupid. The person that came to our home to have us fill out the final paperwork did a great job of letting us know what we were signing. This was a great way to refinance our home. We would not hesitate to refer our friends to them for there home financial needs.

I'm a first time buyer and didn't know what to expect. Austin and his associates were fantastic. They made it easy and explained everything to me. They were always available for questions. They also set me up with the most wonderful Agent Tawni Ledford what a great person ! She went above and beyond every day. I could not be happier and I will tell everyone about the marvelous service I received.

There was very little communication between Amber, Veronica and the underwriting. We had to submit the same documents multiple times to different people. We received a clear to close from Veronica and Amber had no idea when we were closing. This pushed back our closing and caused a lot of stress for us and our realtor. We have great credit scores of over 800 and plenty of cash reserves and were doing a conventional loan and some things were still a hassle. I gave 2 stars because this should have been an easy mortgage to do. Communication is fine until you sign on then it goes downhill.

We needed to refi and we had some past issues that made it a little more difficult than I would usually expect. I can not say enough good about Suzanne Dew and the help she provided. She was patient with all of the questions I had and knew that answers, or found them. I was nervous going in, but she put me at ease very quickly. It seems like she was always available when I needed to ask something. I know some of my calls were not at, what you would call, regular business hours. I feel like she got the best rate for me. Never had one this low. She just did an excellent job. The adds I hear on the Glenn Beck radio show are 100% accurate.
