Oct 17,2022Overall a very positive experience again, yet not perfect. Minor content was requested twice to be adapted by the tax consultant. Due to deadlines I could not wait for the consultant to reply, a response time of 3 wdys for minor change is too long. Salesforce handling: Instead of long detailed instructions, I would suggest to create a new folder with all the final documents with subfolder that need to be sent to IRS and a second folder for personal use documents not to be sent. Last there are 2 addresses to send return the documents; one has a PO box the other a street name. One clear address should be sufficient. BTW: Recommend by experience to send via UPS from Europe, as they've been delivering always on time and seems they get a receptionist to sign the receipt, too

De enige kritiek die ik heb is dat het vrij lang kon duren om antwoord te krijgen op emails, en het was onduidelijk hoe ik mijn adviseur kon bereiken omdat er maar een email adres is. Daardoor ging het invullen van het formulier vrij langzaam, terwijl er best veel tijdsdruk stond op mijn aangifte. Zodra ik mijn formulier had ingeleverd ging alles heel snel en soepel. Ik ben tevreden met de ervaring en zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Sep 27,2022Working with Marinke Breteler has been an absolute pleasure! I think very highly of her. She was able to walk me through the proces with patients and professional assistance. The only comment I have, which has nothing to do with Marinke, is the delay and trouble to cash the stimulus check. Tried several ways, and it's taken a lot of time and research. Recently I received a mail with different ways and instructions, this would have been helpful a few months ago.
