Jan 19,2022Information on how to cash/process american cheques is not accurate or up to date. I would be really helpful if the information was updated and that they would lobby with the banks for easy processing. And not just refer you to old information

In the midst of the most stressful and serious situation with the IRS over a form penalty - which seemed to have been an administrative error from their side, I received encouraging, calm and kind support on the phone from Yvonne. She talked me through the main points fo my experience and I was able to honestly share my doubts about the accountants who had dealt with my situation and how the problem had been left to drag on over a couple of years. She also explained what could be done in referral at a fixed fee to someone that your organisation would know and i have received that email today. Thank you for this timely and efficient help.

US tax returns is extremely complicated and requires a lot of paperwork, so I would really recommend handing it over to Americans Overseas!
