Jan 07,2022Overall I'm very pleased with the support American Overseas gave me in getting my Streamlined Procedure Documents done. Especially the personal support (by Ms. Vermeer and Mr. Link) was very good. Still I suggest some improvements : - the portal for the documents is somewhat confusing. And it would be helpful if you can download multiple documents at once. - the manual and checklist for the Tax Organiser Excel sheet are somewhat imprecise. Here some more examples especially for german customers would help. Still because of the personal support I rate it 5 stars. Thanks a lot.

De eerste paar issues werden in een eerste gesprek al snel opgelost en ik heb meteen het gevoel dat het verdere traject wel goed gaat lopen. Opluchting! Aanbevolen!!!

Dec 23,2021I was so impressed that I was contacted so quickly ….I didn’t expect a response until after the holidays. I also received a phone call ! A very pleasant , calming phone call where I felt comfortable, my questions were answered and my panic subsided a bit. Directly after that call I received emails with more information and also the contact to a tax consultant closet to where I live. Immediately I received an email from the tax consultant firm with a zoom conference date and time ! I’m truly impressed ! Thank you .

Dec 21,2021When first calling I felt the people that answered the phones were very vague. Would not answer direct questions and the standard answer ws, "once you sign on with us we can answer all your questions". I did not sign on right away and did months of research before I did sign on. The first 3 people I talked to I was not sold that I had done the right thing. Then I talked to Marinke Breteler and she made me happy. Had time for me, answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process. I still think it is alot of money for the tax service but we are put in a bad situation by the US government so we don't have a choice.
