Frau Lindner hat mir bis jetzt jede Frage auf meinem Weg super nett und geduldig beantwortet und ich fühle mich bestens aufgehoben obwohl man keinen direkten persönlichen Kontakt hat. Auch läuft alles sehr strukturiert und gut durchdacht ab. Ganz lieben Dank, dass es Euch gibt und man auf diese Weise sehr unkompliziert geholfen bekommt. Oct 11,2021I'm happy to be helped. There are some little things of which I think they can go better or smoother. The upload and download system Americans overseas use, is great. You get notified when there is something for you to download and a notification proves what you have uploaded is defnitely there. That you can pay in 5 terms is a great opportunity. However the communication doesn't accomodate in this. I think that A.O. can be clearer in that you receive your final forms after your last payment and in informing when is the last moment you have to send all to the IRS. And one last remark: after paying a quite steep amount I would have liked to have received the Forms printed, stapled and pointed out where to sign. I.e. as said before I'm happy, but do think the communication could be clearer and could have been less if it was clearer. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and knows what they are talking about. I sure hope I can do my next years by myself. But know where to find help if needed.

Dennoch war der Erstberatung sowie vorausgegangenen Emailkontakte sehr professionell und extrem hilfreich für meine Entscheidungsprozess. Zudem habe ich am gleichen Tag ein Angebot für das Streamline Procedure sowie ein Gesprächsprotokoll erhalten. Oct 22,2021Americans Overseas are very helpful and a professional service for U.S. Tax Assessments, which however does not come cheap. However I think that quality has its price and it would be extremely more difficult trying to find out on your own, what you exactly need to do to get right with the IRS.
