Three years ago, I bought an emerald ring from Angara, which held great sentimental value to me as emerald is my grandmother’s birthstone. Unfortunately, the stone recently fell out, despite me taking great care of the ring. I am very disappointed that a piece of jewellery of this quality did not last as expected. Given that emerald is a precious gemstone and this was a significant purchase, I would have expected better durability and craftsmanship. I also checked the invoice and I paid extra for AAAA quality stone, which I feel wasn't up to standard.

Feb 06,2025Have purchased an emerald pendant. Around half a year (and only few wears) later a few emeralds fell out and got lost. Customer service refused to replace them, given they were lost. My view is they shouldn't have got lost and the reason is poor frame quality and therefore Angara's responsibility. We didn't come to an outcome suitable for me.

I was struggling converting my UK ring size and had 2 phone calls from Rushi plus a plethora of emails from him and Rose and Chloe too! My ring is perfect. An aquamarine, emerald design and I love it. Exquisite. I have had so many compliments. Thrilled with the finish, the stone, the craftsmanship. My emails and queries were answered very promptly. I've ordered my first item.
