Apr 27,2020Trying to celebrate a 21st birthday during lockdown was always going to be challenging but our incredible Deliciously Stella chocolate cake was ‘stellar’ in every way. It looked stunning, adorned with chocolate bars and cookies, tasted sublime and was delivered in a timely manner.Reshmi is one of the few people prepared to bake and deliver during these difficult times and I will have no hesitation in ordering another cake when we are able to celebrate this special birthday properly with friends later in the year.

Apr 26,2020Fantastic. I needed a cake for my mother's 90th birthday during lock down and it was delivered in style. A stunning cake which she has managed to eat, virtually single handedly in three days! I think that says it all!

Apr 16,2020Was lucky enough to get to try one of Anges cakes at a party. It was staggeringly gorgeous and absolutely delicious! I know from the birthday girl she had to rearrange delivery due to a venue change and Anges was really sweet about it and went out her way to sort it out. Excited for a chance to order one for myself!

Apr 16,2020I just had my first cake from her and i was absolutely in love with the way it looked liked and so happy to actually find her even thought the prices are high. If the cake looks amazing and is delicious it’s worth it, that’s what I thought. However, it all changed when we taste it. Very dry, only a bit of cream and no taste. Also, she should pay more attention to customers opinions too and take in consideration, as it turns out she is very rude on social media when a customer leaves a bad review. Very dissapointed.

Apr 16,2020Terrible tasteless cake with bland sponge which was so dry. Put it this way- it was my daughter’s birthday - you know children with cakes- she did not eat more than a bite. It is very high price for what it is. My daughter comment was- even M& S which is a fraction of what this cost is tastier than this! Never again.

Oct 25,2019One of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The cake was amazing. Brilliant, beautiful and tasted amazing. The flavour combinations are creative and it looked perfect. Their cakes are on the pricey side but they are such beautiful cakes and use only premium ingredients which you can obviously taste in the quality of the cake, so it makes sense. Their delivery was also prompt and so friendly.

Oct 25,2019Absolutely delicious and gorgeous, I’m so glad I decided to go with Anges de Sucre for my birthday cake. Everyone was recommending them. And I have to say it was delicious. Got a 6-inch size Flamingo cake which sounded small but was actually more than enough for us. Worth every single calorie and it looked so amazing!

Oct 19,2019I was really excited to order a cake from Anges De Sucre as they looked great on their website and on Insta. Unfortunately the cake that arrived did not look like the ones in their pictures. Presentation and the look of the cake was very important to me, judging by the prices they charge, it should have been important to them as well. Two of the donuts on top of the cake (the biggest ones) were not coated properly, icing was only on one side and a naked donut on the other - it didnt look artistic or authentic, it looked messy and sloppy! I emailed them about it, I also attached pictures of the cake I had received and a few pics from their website, to show that none of the cakes look like that, if i knew it was a possibility I wouldn't have ordered it from them. I was told they could collect the cake and issue a full refund. This being the day before my son's birthday I was unable to get another cake made anywhere and told them that, I asked if they could collect it and fix the top as the rest looked ok - they refused. At this point I was annoyed but was hoping the taste would make up for the way it looked. Unfortunately it didn't! The cake tasted OK but cannot compare to other London bakers like Kontidor for example. The icing tasted very atrificial, obviously a lot of colouring went in and ruined the taste. The sponge was Ok and that's all I can say about it- wasn't dry, All in all the prices do not reflect the attention to detail to the way the cakes look or their taste, this bakery has the pretence of being a "top" bakery but is shockingly underwhelming. I would highly reccomend going with someone like Kontidor where their standards are always high cakes taste amazing and the customer service is great!

Sep 09,2019Ordered 2 cakes for my daughter's birthday and both were amazing! The cakes were so beautiful that we didn’t even want to cut into them. The Pink Sweetheart cake.....wowwie what a treat. The flamingo cake was also beyond our expectations. So moist and not too sweet at all, just perfect. My daughter was over the moon with her cakes and all our friends and family enjoyed it. Very happy with everything and will recommend 10/10.

Aug 29,2019My 25th birthday cake was AMAZING!! I ordered a huge three layer Alice in Wonderland cake online and it was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. Even all my friends were in absolute shock at how beautiful it was, and it tasted even better than it looked! It was decorated so perfectly and looked even better than the photos on the website, I couldn’t actually believe it!! We just kept taking photos of it forever lol. Even the ordering process was so easy and the manager Nadine was the friendliest and most helpful ever. She answered all my millions of questions and even the delivery guy was so friendly and smiley! I was so worried about the cake travelling far but Nadine offered the Priority Delivery so I could get it earlier and check it was all okay and it was perfect! Just a few decorations were fallen off and I could easily attach it back with a few toothpicks and it was perfect. All in all, everybody at Agnes de Sucre made my 25th party so memorable with such an unbelievably amazing cake and it was by far the most enjoyable part of the celebration! Everyone is STILL talking about the cake and I have shared your details with them all I’m sure you’ll be making lots of cakes for my friends.
