I would not recommend acting on the "positive" reviews of this place as my experience as a very high paying customer was the absolute opposite. They spoiled my wedding and absolutely did not care when I called asking for help getting a new cake, refund, compensation, any help at all. I paid Anges de Sucre £560 for a 3-tier wedding cake and it was delivered in a mess on the day. I had also paid £178 for their delivery services. I found customer services and owner where incredibly rude to me and made it extremely difficult to even get hold of them to speak to and ask for help. The owner told me to fix the cake myself, I can confirm this in the email they sent me. They also told me I threatened them for saying that it's despicable that they would put someone in this position on their actual wedding day. I have this all in their writing in email and photo evidence of the mess they sent. I felt very intimidated by their behaviour, and that I was being treated as a nuisance and a pest. I could not believe how badly I was being spoken to. On top of being very damaged, the cake was nothing like the pictures, and was not at all of the standard of a supposedly french-style patisserie. Very artificial materials, looked dry and "off-the-shelf" components. It looked like a damaged version of something you could buy from a supermarket. I would absolutely not recommend this place at all based on my experience .

Aug 28,2019The cakes and cupcakes we tried on two different birthdays were absolutely fantastic. The cupcakes were chocolatey and mouth wateringly good. The cake (pink with feathers) was amazing. I definitely recommend the cakes over the cupcakes as a cake is just more impressive. We ordered a small two tiered one and recommend the same.Nadine on the phone was lovely as well. Highly, highly recommend a cake from here.
