Feb 25,2017Apple provided a great service. We had a new front door and two large windows installed. The whole process was simple and friendly. Due to a minor admin error the fitters did forget one part which meant they had to come back the next day, but hey, these things happen. The only negative part of the experience was the fact that less than a week after the installation was complete I started receiving phone calls from Apple asking me if I wanted anything else done... All in all, a great experience.

Feb 25,2017The whole job was professionally and efficiently carried out with no fuss. The two young men worked very hard and cleared up any mess that they created. They were polite and courteous and completed the work well within the time that I had been quoted. I am now able to enjoy sitting in my conservatory feeling warm and comfortable, whereas my previous one was old and draughty. Storm Doris had no effect on the new construction, which was a relief. Apple have restored my faith in British workmanship. Thank you.

Feb 22,2017I had never heard of Apple home improvements having had another company to install windows and doors. We needed our soffits and fascias renewing when someone called at the door canvassing and we arranged for a sales visit. We definitely made the right decision to have Apple do the work. The customer service was excellent as was the installation.

Feb 18,2017Didn't bother turning up for the job and didn't bother to call to say they were not going to turn up. When we rang them they were rude and nasty and said it was our fault that the job would not go ahead on the day and hung up. They then didn't answer the phone We subsequently discovered from head office that they hadn't got the supplies to do the job and it was nothing to do with us, why lie to begin with and shout abuse at us down the phone when it is entirely the fault of this dreadful company. They then sent us a refund of our deposit by cheque which they then cancelled. Any company that so easily lies to its customers should be avoided. A horrible company, with disgraceful, nasty lying staff.

Feb 16,2017Really friendly service from both the Apple office and the window fitters of our two bays. All staff appeared professional and courteous, and fulfilled the timescales of the installation. There have been no issues with the instatllation and find that our home appears warmer and brighter with no condensation which we were experiencing before the installation. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing windows in their property. Thanks Apple.

Feb 16,2017Had some new electric heaters fitted on the 1st of December. The two gentleman that fitted the heaters were on time (which means a lot nowadays) and done the job very professionally. They were also very friendly and informative with one of the fitters taking the time to go through everything with me after they had fitted the heaters. Would definitely use Apple again.

Feb 15,2017Apple have been efficient and professional in all their dealings with me. The salesman was flexible and explained the options in an easily understood manner. The surveyor was friendly and again explained what possible issues there would be so that we could arrive at a mutually acceptable plan. The fitter arrived promptly and installed the door quickly and without drama, he again discussed with me when there were options as to what was to be done. Most importantly the site was left totally clear and swept.

Plus there is a reliable after sales service at the end of a phone if I have any questions. No mess, all the carpets were covered before the work started and then vacuumed by the installation team before they left.

Feb 12,2017Recently bought 4 new electric radiators from apple to replace night storage heaters the sales pitch was low key the survey and installation was all done on time and date they were all efficient and tidy. The radiators look very smart and are all programmable the only downside is the price.

Feb 11,2017The Apple Home Improvement installation team did a great job. They installed a full bay window and arrived earlier than their appointment window. They also finished in less than half the estimated period! We recently witnessed a nearby neighbour install the same but with another provider and saw installers struggle from 8 am to after 6 pm to get the same job completed. The houses on our block are all similar and feared that this job would be the same. Gladly, this did not happen in our case. The tradesmen were efficient, polite and clean. We have light carpets and by the time they left, there was very little evidence that workers had even entered and changed the window. Overall, a seemingly expensive full service package than other competitors (national and local) but now, it seems that it was worth the money, at least for our taste.

Feb 10,2017The work ran to schedule and they kept me informed of the activities and dates for the work.It was quite a large programme of work involving scaffolding to replace all the fascias, soffits and guttering followed by replacement bay windows and finally new porch framework and door and window. excellent finish we were well pleased with work.

Feb 09,2017Recently had these installed to replace our outdated storage heaters. They have proved to be a good investment. House is now warm wherever you want it. The remote took a few days to get my head round but sussed it out in the end. The instuctions are rubbish so had to download some from the internet. The fitters were very good. Punctual, polite and clean. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Apple for the quality of their products as we have windows, doors and conservatory roof from them.
