The staff we have had onsite have been great. Unfortunately there have been delays, which is not so great, especially as we are getting closer to winter.

The installation of the door went very smoothly, the installers were on time, carried out the work with me hardly knowing that there were there and cleared up when the work was completed. The door looks as though it has always been there

After given a start date work had to be put back by a month having to wait for the roof to arrive before work began. But had no fault with the work force once thy got going and we are pleased with the improvements. Would have given 5 rating if started on time.

Had 3 windows replaced-service excellent all round and no problems. installation went smoothly and quickly - back office staff very proficient. Windows are high quality and may seem a little expensive at first sight but you get what you pay for and I am very pleased with the end results.

We had an order from apple for weather boarding, after quote paid deposit. A week later surveyor came to check all details and measurements, all ok. 2 weeks later I called to request date of instalation only to be told if we wanted the weatherboard we had to pay an extra £660. Apparently it had been priced incorrectly. It then took nearly 2 weeks and calls to their offices on a daily basic before eventually getting a refund for the deposit . Apparently this is how they work, have since found out exactly the same situation has happened before, they give a lower quote to get you to sign the contract then try to sting you for extra money later down the line. I would of thought that being fined £36 thousand in 2014 by trading standards would of curbed their underhand trading methods but obviously not. Apple are not to be trusted.

After having my front porch and front windows replaced by Apple, I wouldn't go to anyone else, they were efficient, tidy and friendly, and did an excellent job .I highly recommend them.

From start to finish I could not complain how well and nice the people are in the company. Sales team was very nice, very friend, listen and understood the needs we required. On fitting days the gentmen work very fast, poilte and was very professional. No more cold winters with my new, lovely windows.

We have bought from Apple before, having had french doors and windows replaced. This time we decided to have the front and back door replaced. From beginning to end our Apple experience was amazing.The 'boys' who came to fit, Kyle and Carlton were extremely efficient and did a great job! Thanks boys and Apple.

No Problem with the work, its the customer care and after sales that's the problem. As soon as the jobs finished you're plagued with phone calls from their cold calling sales team for more of their products and services. I get about 4 or 5 a year! They'll try any ploy or excuse to call. This morning I received a call asking about my solar panels they installed a couple of years ago. They offered me a no obligation FREE survey and inspection of my roof and solar panels, I accepted, but when they discovered that they didn't have anything to sell me, they withdrew the survey and hung up. KEEP CLEAR of this company! It gets worse!!!! Just discovered that the 'Solar Energy' business of this Group of companies went into liquidation in January this year and ceased trading. Begs the question then, why they called me yesterday offering me an inspection and survey of my Solar Panels. Gave me the impression they where still trading in Solar Energy. These people have been in trouble with the ASA before over their practices - I think another visit it due!!

Apple were very professional & trustworthy. The Installers were nice chaps, they worked hard & did a good job. They offered a few payment options, they belong to an ombudsman service, but don't think you'll need it and they left no mess when they were finished. Recommended.

I have had apple do my windows and doors plus a glass roof, windows were done to a reasonable standard not perfect but ok , the front door i opted for one with blue windows , which i thought would be stained , but to my shock after 6 months i discover it is a film and it is starting to lift , which i am waiting for a replacement, now onto the glass roof , they have attempted to get this right 3 times , i have had numerous panels of glass scratched , shoddy silicone work , panels that are not straight , dirty marks on my walls which were so bad i had to repaint my walls, Apple charge top money for their services and i wish i had gone somewhere else now, i could have got tripple glazing for the same price, and as for my glass roof i wish they had never touched it. Never again will i use Apple they have wasted so much of my time and its gonna cost me a fortune for a rubbish job update november 2016 the teams have been out 6 times now and the roof is still not right, it is not straight , panels are damaged , it seems everytime they come out something else gets damaged,Also i have had my door windows replaced 3 times now and that is still not right , i dont think Apple will ever get it right, and to top itt all their insurance company has gone into administration.Biggest mistake of my life getting Apple to do this work.

Very helpful staff .The sales team knowledgable and the surveyor and fitter fantastiic. Made sure we got what we wanted, not what they wanted us to have. This is our second property that we have had Apple windows and doors fitted. More expensive than other's , but well worth the extra cost. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the product and the speed with which it was fitted. A call a day or two before the fitter was due giving his name and time of arrival would have been appreciated.

I thought the people I came into contact were very professional and really knew their product. The salesperson wasn't 'pushy' or 'hard-sell'. They are certainly not the cheapest, however, you can see the quality of the product. As with most products - you get what you pay for. If I move and need new doors and windows I will happily invite them back to quote.

Apple Home Improvements provided a superb customer experience from start to finish. The initial meeting with the sales representative was great, as he listened to our thoughts and requirements and suggested excellent ideas to enhance them. We agreed the price and after the surveyor undertook the detailed measurements, it wasn't long before the fitters turned up. They dismantled our old conservatory and put up the new one in a timely fashion and were personably professional. The plasterer did an excellent job on one wall to finish the job. We noticed a hairline scratch in one window and Apple immediately sent someone out who decided it needed replacing, no quibbles. I would have no hesitation in recommending Apple Home Improvements.
