Dec 09,2016All the paperwork was explained to us beforehand and we didn't feel any pressure to buy. All the people involved, from the surveyor to the installation team were punctual, efficient and very nice. The insulation itself has made a difference to how warm our home is after only a week. When we wake up in the night the air temperature upstairs is livable and warm. Bring in the winter, we're ready for it now!

They were very clued up on the product they were using and were always ready to answer and explain any questions. Our house is now definitely warmer and has cut down our heating bills. I would definitely reccommend this company. Thank you.

Dec 08,2016We needed a new conservatory so opted for Apple home improvements after they offered us a home meeting while the company was active in our town during the summer of 2016 promoting their services. I was a bit apprehensive about signing them up as the company had approached us first rather us seeking them out - but overall they proved reliable and trustworthy and acted in a very professional way throughout the whole process from quoting the job to completion and follow up to remedy a few small issues. The installers,Kevin and John worked very hard in hot weather to complete the job in less than 2 working days and were courteous and considerate. After the job was finished we noticed the French doors had a slight gap on one door edge. This was fixed by an installer just a few days after. Also a month or so later my wife saw that two of the roof glass panels had a sticky residue on them. One of them self cleaned (after rain) but the other still retained the material which may need a solvent cleaner. We are currently arranging a date for Apple to rectify this and they have visited to take photos. Our job also involved having one wall of the conservatory plastered. We had kept our original floor but discovered we would need to pay extra for the beading between the floor boards and plaster wall. However Apple did provide beading along the other 2 sides of the external walls to floor free of extra charge. In conclusion the job we had done was finished to a high standard and so far Apple have been on top of sorting out the issue mentioned above. Everything progressed according to the planned schedule and I would be happy to use Apple again.

Dec 07,2016Apple home improvements are a company i have used before for a conservatory and new downstairs windows which i am very pleased with, so was only right for them to do the upstairs windows which they have now done and a fire exit door/window and as before very pleased. I would recommend Apple to anyone as from start to finish all personal were very polite efficient and cleaned up after doing all the work. Apple 5 Stars

Dec 06,2016The work was carried out to the highest standard by friendly and skilled staff. The backup from the office was great, checking often to ensure we were satisfied and no problems. The loft is now dry, no smell of damp or condensation and the house feels warmer. I would thoroughly recommend both the service and the work done.

Dec 06,2016We had Ifoam installed on the 4th October and are very pleased with it. Our heating all through the very cold weather was turned down and still the house was nice and warm. The installers were very polite and cleaned up after they had finished. Everyone from the sales person, the engineer who checked that the installation could take place and the installers were very polite and informative. I would thoroughly recommend the installation of Ifoam.

Nov 30,2016Those fitting windows and conservatories are sub-contractors. We had experience of 3 groups and all were good guys and did a good job. But never once did we see any oversight by Apple management and nor has there been any on site review by Apple to ensure that standards are being met. Asking a client to complete a feedback questionnaire that is handed to the subbie is simply lazy. Given the financial investment I would expect much better customer care than we have seen. Administration too, was poor. Correspondence and their subbies being sent to the wrong address, even after having been made aware. A good end result but cannot shake off buyers remorse as get more attention at the supermarket.

Nov 30,2016The engineer was due on the evening of the 10th for a boiler instalation quote, but never turned up. Eventually someone came out on the next evening. Still not provided a quote however despite constant phone calls and chases. I would not write a bad review unless i had given them the opportunity to correct this. Still no quote today though and no call backs. Please avoid them. Awful service full of empty promises and missed appintments

Nov 25,2016We had a composite door installed by Apple. The whole process was painless from start to finish. The installer came on the day and time agreed and after the installation he took the old door and frame away.

Nov 25,2016Apple built our conservatory and we decided that we need a better access as we used it everyday. I phoned them, got a date to visit straight away and a confirmation through the post. We were given 3 options altogether and decided on French doors opening into the conservatory. I given all the payment options and had to decide on the 3 years no interest method. We were told in could take 6 to 8 weeks, but we had the job done in 5 weeks. We were given plenty of notice and when the fitters arrived, well - the job was done swiftly. No mess, no marks anywhere and the glass dos were spotlessly cleaned as well. A superb job well done. Thank you

Nov 24,2016Very happy with the quality of Apple weatherboard cladding & replacement windows but it's taking an age to complete - ordered first week of August but installation only completed last week (15 weeks later) & there is still an outstanding snagging list of things to make good.

Nov 21,2016Had a bi-fold French window fitted. We were over charged, the product arrived 6 weeks late, had to spend a weekend without being able to shut and lock the door the following summer. And it is very very draughty! And we were pestered for ages by their sales team, despite telling them to stop calling.
