I have had Apple for a long time and I find the insulation fast, clean the boys who fit the product friendly and quick to help, I find the product very good and I would not change my Apple for any other product on the market. Just had the last window changed and what a difference, no horrid traffic noise, I find to phone I get a very friendly person who ios most helpful. The APPLE product is brilliant. Jacky Thorne

What a brilliant service! The process was painless and the administration of the job was clear and extremely well documented. The two fitters were excellent! Quick, unobtrusive and very friendly and informative. We had windows, backdoor and French windows replaced. There was absolutely no sign of them having been on site once they'd finished apart from, obviously, new gleaming white and sparkling windows and doors. Will be back to them to get further replacements done. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have used Apple several times and they continue to offer a brilliant product backed by excellent service and installation. We have just completed the process of replacing our glass conservatory roof with a solid tiled one and the finished product is excellent, both in terms of visual image and more importantly in terms of it doing exactly what the pre sales brief said it would. We now have a much more stable temperature and the area has become more of an extension which can be used all year. We are delighted with the product and would recommend others to look at this product to improve the value of their home.

Needed conservatory roof replacing and wider patio doors fitting, so booked an appointment. Salesmen arrived, measured up, then must have emigrated because I've heard nothing. 10 days, and several emails & calls later, and still no response. Very disappointed.

I found the initial sales and survey service ver efficient and quick. However from then on - I was the one who had to keep calling up to sort things out. My installation was booked over a bank holiday and it caused a lot of mayhem. I was very happy with the finished product in the end but definitely did not receive the level if service I expected for the price! Disappointing overall.

Apple sold me a third party cladding to make a sale of windows as well. I ask for the cladding to be fitted in a cirtain way. So they sold me a product that can't be fitted how are ask instead of the correct cladding which can be fitted as asked. Because I'm not in the triad I didn't know that the cladding on the contract was the wrong one. Now its fitted and is not fit for purpose this has come to light. Apples answer is tuff, we fitted per contract. To add to that they,ve had 2 attemps to even fit the wrong cladding to manufactors spec but still got that wrong. It seems that as its a third part product that they don't normaly sale they don't know about the product. I've now got to pay for some to do replace the cladding with the correct cladding.

Had all windows replaced on 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has bay window. We are delighted with the quality of the work, how the workmen conducted themselves and even the price was not as high as we anticipated. Overall, most impressed and we would be happy to endorse this company.

I have had work carried out by Apple on 3 separate occasions, windows, conservatory and gutters and fascias over the last 5 years, each time the workers have been excellent and very helpful and the end result is very good i spend most days in my conservatory bird watching. I have one complaint !! no matter which telephone number I called I always got an answer phone still at least I wasn't transferred to India.

The two chaps Richard and Adrian from Apple who put up our carport were brilliant,they worked in all that rain all day and never complained once,I would recommend them to anyone and already have.well done Apple.

Salesman clearly had little idea of what could and couldn't be done with a new conservatory roof. They took our £2000 deposit twice, putting us over our credit card limit, the card was then frozen. I took nearly a day and a half of phone calls to get this sorted out. Their internal communication is pretty much non-existent. Sales, installation and fitters having no idea what has been agreed between them and their customer. Had I not already been committed I would have dropped this lot like hot coals, something which I had to threaten to do on three separate occasions to get the service that was originally offered by the sales director !! If you want a trouble free purchase and installation, I would advise that you seek it elsewhere, or indeed anywhere else.

we are very pleased with the kitchen outside door and window.The fitter was very professional and did an excellent job. He was very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.We would recommend Apple to anyone

This review concerns the roofline front and rear to a small terraced house. The existing wooden soffit and facia was removed (including a rather large wasp nest!), made good and PVC replacement fitted including new gutter and downpipe. The job was completed exactly as specified, even though the weather was quite bad. If you just want the cheapest then there are probably others that will quote less than Apple. However if you want excellent service, communication, flexibility, detailed planning, friendly and competent installation of a good product exactly to the spec. given by the salesperson, then Apple delivers. Highly recommended.

Have purchased from Apple in the last 3years a Conservatory, a new front door and facia and just completed a porch extension at the front. The fitters and workmanship was excellent. Consider the prices to be reasonable and the finance period good. Would recommend Apple products and service to anybody.

Having now had windows, doors, guttering, soffit boards and numerous other bits and pieces fitted by Apple, I can honestly say that, though they may not be the cheapest, they are certainly the best, are well made, represent very good value and are fitted by the most hard working and obliging fitters you could wish to have on your property. Forget the "buy one, get one free" brigade..you get what you pay for and you only get the best deal, best quality and best fitting if you go to the best supplier. I have no qualms about recommending Apple to anyone.
